Additional Information: Sent him $140 LTC for a paypal usa account that was supposed to be ID/selfie verified, which was confirmed and made sure it was literally the first message I asked him in the chat. Those messages since then have been deleted because of his auto delete timer on telegram but they have been saved ever since I opened a dispute on him on cracked as well. (hes banned on there now).
Sold me an account that was never verified and still charged me for $140, when asked for refund he just ghosts and doesnt respond
