Additional Information: Seems like every time I check the scam reports there is an active one against captainshanks. What captain shanks does is promise spotify for cheap ($15). He then promises you it wont expire at the end of the month, it then of course does, he hopes that you give up in trying to get your spotify or money back by delays. I have tested this by being ghosted on my main, then messaging him on my alt as an interested customer, surprise surprise he responds immediately.
