Scam report against @CaptainShanks

Bought a few upgrades from this guy and altho it took him a very long time he always found a way to deliver. Not this time. Bought an amazon prime upgrade 5 days ago and for days I got no reply. He said he would refund, still hasn't done it. He spammed me for days to buy this upgrade then after I paid he disappeared and always blames “his supplier”. Kinda ridiculous. His modus operandi is very dysfunctional. I hope this is the only scam report I have to open against @CaptainShanks but the way he operates is not a good sign.

You can't keep people waiting for a week and then say you'll deliver it today. Issue a refund within 24 hours. @CaptainShanks

Still no refund. No reply on telegram. I've got the feeling he's gonna get banned. I mean he should as he had already several scam reports opened on himself. He's not reliable at all. Waste of time

@beastmode what does this seller have to do in order to get banned? He has two scam reports opened and others have opened scam reports on him in the previous few weeks. He won't refund or else he would have already done that. He doesn't have access himself to anything he says he sells. He's a middleman so there are always delays because it's not him doing anything. He has to find and wait on his suppliers.
