Additional Information: I have taken away the personal info. Been trying to contact on discord, telegram, and here and he ignores all messages, its been over 10 days, still no answer, went to all sites trying to contact him to fix the account but just no customer service, been very patient and polite, but he has a lot of places he sells, but don't want this to happen to someone else.
