Additional Information:I initially messaged him to buy Revolut accounts, but he said he didn’t have time and offered to sell me his method instead. I asked specific questions before buying, and he answered to what he wanted(as for when i asked if it was fake "sellings"(announcements ) he didnt reply). But after purchasing, the method barely explains anything beyond what I had already asked — it doesn’t include how to set up things like emulators, APKs, or virtual cams to make revolut accounts. I clearly said I wanted to make Revolut accounts only, but he starts talking about other banks. He didn’t sell me what I asked for. I want a refund

I don't know what's wrong with this guy, he clearly just wants to get the methods for free.
When he received the methods he stated that he already knew these things. Bro, my job is to sell you the method I use, I don't have access to your brain to know if already know them or not, your job is to ask questions to see if it's the case, but you didn't, anyone can claim that they already know a method and ask for a refund. The only question that he asked was if it's 'fake selling', and it's not.

If you were expecting APKs, emulators or whatever, you should've asked at first, and I would've told you no. I don't do these kind of things anymore because they always get patched and it's a race against the system, which I got tired of doing, so I changed my methods.

And yes, you can make Revolut accounts, you can make any account, just because it's not an APK method or whatever doesn't mean you can't, it requires a bit more effort but it will never get patched.

He also lied about it being 'Just OBS', which is clearly not the case, we only use OBS to exploit a glitch from one specific platform, for the rest we use another method.
His goal is trying to undermine the method to justify his refund request.

I did deals with many clients already, many of them were with the official MiddleMan of patched and I never got any complains. except for this guy .

So I bought the method but it seems you don’t really understand what you’re saying.
Revolut requires in-app verification meaning you can’t just just do the method you sold me on it (I can give it to the admin in dm to not leak it ). Revolut also has a selfie system meaning you can’t transfer accounts like other banks . So you are forced to either have the person in real life to verify through your phone or an emulator with obs. No wonder you’re not selling revolut accounts anymore .

The guide never talks about using OBS for Revolut, I never talked about using OBS for Revolut, why are you lying??
The obs part is a bonus, just for easy platforms, there is not a single section that talks about using OBS for Revo.
The main method is the one being used, and I know revo asks for verification when logining in from a different device, just like cashapp and more.. This is not a new feature, and all it takes it to use the same proxy ip, same IMEI for the phone etc... But you didn't even get to this point because you didn't even try, you asked for a refund as soon as you received the method.

Also nowhere in your guide you’re talking about changing imei or anything in what you sold me .I can again send the pdf to the admin so he can see by himself . So you give me a method that barely explains anything and I need to find everything by myself ?Also no Revolut doesn’t work like that as it’s not the only detection vector they use
If I need to change imei it means it only works on android phones which again was never stated anywhere in the doc . So we get to the same point right ? I do need to use an emulator and an apk to make revolut accounts

Bro, you are not going to find out anything by yourself, I'm here to answer questions, I make myself available everyday to answer questions for my clients. But again, you didn't even try to verify a single account, you just asked for a refund immediately after receiving the method  .
