After reviewing the evidence provided, it appears that the product listing advertised Claude Code as one of the included features. However, based on the conversation shared by the buyer, the account provided only works on the Claude website and does not include the advertised Claude Code functionality. Because of this, the product does not fully match the description shown in the sales page.

The seller must therefore resolve this dispute by doing one of the following within 24 hours:

Provide a replacement account that actually includes Claude Code, or Issue a full refund of $20 to the buyer.

Additionally, the seller is advised to remove any features from their sales thread or website that are not actually supported by the product. Listing unsupported features can mislead buyers and may lead to further disputes or marketplace restrictions in the future.
