i did not message to remove the scam report, i messaged to solve the issue :)
Plus i sent you after 1 minute of i blocked you and unblocked in Telegram.
i didn't even noticed the ban i got here untill 6th of July (which is a week after i unblocked you and explained everything).

This means I can't accept any other invites or upgrade — even though the service stopped on June 22. That's a 5-month service with a 7-month penalty. 
That can be solved when you contact Google support, and i can help with that.

No, replacement of same service is not possible, the family plan service isn't same as individual plan service thats not a direct replacement, its another service. but to not let you pay for full amount of that service, i made a discount for your remaining period (which i also offered as a refund)

It does, if im a scammer, i'll still accept orders, making more money then exit scam, if thats the case.
Also i will not waste more money to activate an individual plan for you (and others), which i showed that i lose ~5$ on it and most of the time i lose more too, how come a scammer stays, pays for all, even from his pocket? are you sane ? a scammer basically will run away with all what he got and just disappear or at least will try to collect more before he disappear !

Keep in mind that i could easily just say the price of individual plan is 50-60$, and became (not fair) to everyone as you think, BUT i've set a price point where i'll also pay out of my pocket and to be able to please and serve everyone as possible. That what you should think about it. and name me 1 YT Service provider who did the same and didn't exit the market when it happend.

Here's another customer who had less than 3 months of service, and i offered a partial refund or he pays a very small amount = 10.11$ -- with such case i lose more than 15$ to activate the new service for that customer, and i did :)

i did not try that, i just explained that it wasn't the same service i tried to sell here on patched.to

clearly @Memepurge doesn't want to cooperate and he want also to have more than what i owe him by requesting full refund, as he got 200 days of the service working and i paid for it. that is unjust. even the partial refund im doing it just to close this matter but he also doesn't deserve it if we come to the TOS that he accepted when he bought from me.

his issues regarding he cannot join another family is 100% can be solved, and 100% i can help him with pleasure. even though its irrelevant matter. accounting me like i control these situation and ignoring that im just 3rd party provider is a high level of ignorance.

Honestly too, i want this matter to close ASAP as my wedding is on 22th July, and i wont be avaliable starting of 15th of July as i need to have clear mind ..etc

I’ll keep this brief and focused—unlike the lengthy distractions about personal matters, other customers, or unrelated details. I’m here to resolve this case, nothing more:
  1. This isn’t just about "remaining days."
    The issue isn’t whether I got X days of service—it’s about account lock-in. His service locked my account into a family group for 12 months. Even though the service stopped in June, I cannot use YouTube Premium elsewhere until December. I paid for 12 months of uninterrupted service, not 5 months of service and 7 months of being locked out. That isn’t addressed by a simple "remaining days" refund.

  2. He’s shifting blame and ignoring the core problem.
    His replies keep pointing to his TOS and claiming I got "200 days of working service." However:

    - He admits he blocked me instead of resolving the issue.
    - He admits he offered replacements—but only for extra money.
    - The supposed "discount" or "favor" he’s offering still leaves me locked out for 7 more months.

  3. This is not about whether he’s a scammer in every case—it’s about this case.
    Whether he loses money with others doesn’t change the fact that in my case:

    - He stopped providing service after 5 months.
    - He blocked me when I asked for a fair resolution.
    - He’s now offering partial refund only because of this report—not voluntarily when the service failed

There must be issues with such services, this is an irrelevant issue i also offered help to resolve, and by the way, you got ~7 months of service not ~5 months.
This can be easily resolved by contacting Google Help (and i can help) on how to reset 12-months family join limit, and again : its irrelevant of the issue. you didn't even mention it till i replied here and offered my offer. also its something i didn't give any guarantee about at all (even if the service still working). even if you used my service your acc could be banned too, and if something like this happened its something also i cannot guarantee cuz we both knows its against TOS of YT/Google ..etc and thats why its irrelevant matter.

- The block is something wrong i did, then i unblocked -- like ~1-2 minutes after (before i even know about the scam report) which shows that im willing to help, even if i chose the wrong words.
- The replacement as i explained, isn't the same service, so same service isn't possible, so we're looping the same thing, maybe you cannot understand. i can easily say there's no possible replacement of (SAME SERVICE) and close this matter.
- The discount when you use it to buy (THE OTHER SERVICE), and if you took it as a partial refund thats your personal choice. again for the 12-month family limit i can help to solve but you keep ignoring this point.

- Correction : you got ~7 months of working service, and NO, i (didn't stopped the service myself), YT Who cancelled/shutdown the family plans, and you paid = you agreed the TOS and the TOS wasn't something new i came up with, its there before your payment/purchase !
- NO, you didn't ask for fair resolution, you asked for unfair resolution (full refund) even when you got 7 months of service.
- Its not even your right to have a partial refund, and even before i see the scam report i also told you i'll give a partial refund (i used the wrong words but its a fact you even posted yourself) here :

this means basically if i'll refund it'll be your remainig period so i said that and now im offering it, and i swear even on TG if we spoke about it i'll offer it but you chose to scam report.

Btw, im only here to prove my reputation, my excuses, also that im willing to solve this issue. and as i said to every other customer im shutting down my service anyways so its not about keep selling ..etc

@Memepurge im sorry for the block, and the bad words i said.
and its not about this case as im really sorry for it. and whatever the admins decides i'll happily do. and as the Arabic saying (Apologizing is a characteristic of men) and i say it when other reads it. i even told you in TG but you choose to ignore anyways.

Anyways, lets keep the long story short, waiting for your thought and decision ASAP please @A35 @beastmode, as again i've a (REAL PERSONAL MATTER SOON) which will make me unavailable to continue discussing the same thing.
