Additional Information: I paid on the 14th and received an email with a non‑Google account and password, which was already suspicious. I assumed it was an upgrade service. I contacted him through his Shoppy contact form, but after a day and a half there was still no reply. The only contact methods are Shoppy and forum DMs, so I messaged him on the forum and finally got a response.
Then he sent me a screenshot showing that he supposedly could not receive the crypto on his account (which is not my problem, since I already paid through Shoppy). A day later he told me I have to submit ID because my payment is “suspected of money laundering.” I have no idea what he is trying to do, but at this point I just want a refund and not even the upgrade anymore. I am only getting one reply per day, so if this continues I won’t be able to get any upgrade any time soon.

I've looked over the logs and the Shoppy receipts for this YouTube Premium deal. @Gappy clearly paid the £8.00 back on the 14th, but the service was never actually provided. @foxsunday, you’ve already acknowledged the failure here, but stalling a refund because of your own exchange issues at HTX isn't how we do things.

The fact that you're asking the buyer for their ID to fix your frozen wallet is a massive red flag and a violation of our safety rules. Whatever issues you're having with your payment processor are your responsibility, not the buyer's.

@foxsunday, you have 24 hours to send the full £8.00 refund in crypto to @Gappy.
