I initially paid first, as agreed. The seller told me that the delivery would take about an hour, Max 2. but more than 3–4 hours passed with no result. He then told me it would take a little longer, I replied that I would give him a couple of hours, and then he deleted the conversation and removed me from Telegram.

I want my money back.

He contacted me last night to ask me to remove the post and that he would refund me the next day. I told him that when he returned the money, I would say so here. Today he contacted me to ask for my PayPal account. I gave it to him, and he made the payment as a product, since that way he can request a refund in one day. I told him I wanted him as a friend or family member, of course, and he told me he had a problem with his PayPal holder and I still don't have the money. When I have the money as a friend or family member, I will say so.

For now, I've received a refund via PayPal, but as a Product, and I paid the commission. It can be closed, and if I file a claim with PayPal, I'll inform the Administrator.
