You’re just making things up at this point. I never said “make it.” Show me where I did. I actually replied saying Bybit doesn’t operate in the UK. I literally cannot use it.

This does not resolve the dispute.

The original agreement (as reflected in the evidence provided to staff) was not “any crypto account.” The buyer requested a crypto solution usable in the UK and in the same name as the Wise account, to be used together with Wise. The seller stated KuCoin would be provided, but delivered a Bybit account in a different name, and the buyer states it is not usable for their UK requirement. A substitute that does not match the agreed conditions is not considered a completed delivery.

2) Wise status at delivery

The evidence previously provided shows Wise was not fully verified/approved and required additional business verification steps and/or corrections. Therefore, the service was not delivered as described at the time funds were released.

3) Final opportunity to resolve

Given the timeline already spans ~3 months, staff will allow one final extension only:

By Friday, February 13, 2026 the seller must either:

A) Deliver the original deal as agreed, meaning:

A fully verified/approved Wise Business account in the agreed name (with clear proof of verified status), and

A UK-usable crypto account/service in the same name, as originally agreed (with proof it meets the requirement),

B) Refund the full $270 to the buyer’s refund address provided in the report.
