Additional Information: Contacted HackingRealm via his Telegram Handle SpectreMe on August 26 regarding completing KYC. Price agreed of $70 and I provided a link for his mule to complete KYC. After 3 days, the KYC verification failed when reviewed.
On August 30, he agreed to get the mule to reattempt the KYC. I sent him the new URL. No further update was provided, so I messaged him on September 1, and he replies on September 2 stating he "just got off the plane" and will sort today.
No further updates since. Have attempted to engage on a number of occasions and mentioned I would open a deal dispute if necessary, but he clearly has no intention to respond. I got a mutual contact to message him and he responded to them.
Shame it had to come to me wasting my time opening a deal dispute over $70 as I've no doubt he will refund now he knows I'm serious and not just some idiot. New account on the forums but over 15 years in this 'scene'.
Only accepting refund now as I've shut down the account. His personal Litecoin address is still active receiving and sending of transactions so further evidence he is simply ignoring.
