How he scammed me: I wrote to him to buy 100% valid private GMX and Web.de email logs. He quoted $190, I paid, and he sent me some crap. I checked it and sent him a picture of the result. He said it was his mistake, etc., then sent more, same crap. I always told him directly with proof, and it kept going like that until he ghosted me for several days. I wrote to him again today, March 2nd, and then he started spouting weird nonsense about being the FBI, etc., and saying they had secured my data. He even uploaded a profile picture of the FBI, but the quality was so bad that nobody would believe it anyway. Completely ridiculous. Then, after a few hours, he went back to calling himself the same person as before, removed the FBI picture, and said he'd been hacked and other such rubbish. He says I was scammed by the hacker, but how is that even possible, haha? I paid over 4 days ago and was actively messaging him xD What a lie! I paid on February 26th https://ibb.co/JWdXym7W , and this FBI stuff he was talking about only happened today, March 2nd. Now he's saying the guarantee has expired, etc., which is also nonsense. I sent him proof that the accounts were dead as soon as he sent them. Besides, it's only been 4-5 days, so it doesn't make any sense, haha. If there's anything else to add, I'll write it in the comments. He dont want refund me.

The agreement is there, and the service stated that a replacement would be offered in case of faulty lines. ( not refund ) and you accpeted about that!

I have received over 270 hits , and I don't know what you're requesting. Therefore, the agreed-upon arrangement is for a replacement only. If you want a refund, I can only refund 50%.
