Additional Information: Dec 30th I contacted @Jimmyrefund to complete a Wayfair Replacement + refund for me, he said he was the only person offering this as he had an insider and I could easily double my money with his method. All was well and I got my replacements and paid him his fee (£600), I then contacted him again to now complete the refund for those replacements and for two weeks I would either get no response, an excuse or saying he was going to do it today/tomorrow (supposed to be a 24hr instant refund) I got tired of the excuses and told him I'm going to return my items and he finally told me his insider was sick so he couldn't do it. I went on my wayfair account and tried contacting wayfair through live chat and saw I was basically banned from using it because I have an outstanding balance, the replacements he got for me were not free and are ineligible for return (speaking to other refunders this is far from what is supposed to happen).

I told him about this and he claims he had no idea but with wayfair you can see past messages, he had known about this for a long time and didn't say anything. Since nothing has been completed for 3 weeks now I've asked for my fee back which he again ignored. He claims he can fix it but needs access to my email account, he should of asked for this on the 6th when he found out and my experience with him so far hasn't been so good, I've lost all patience. I'd prefer my fee back as there are too many lies, excuses and delayed replies. He says he only takes payment after its done and its still not weeks later.

I’ve already did his refund but it got CB then what can i do ? Everyone does it like me. After doing the refund im not responsible for the ChargeBack. Im not taking any lifetime responsibility for this and i asked for your email access which you didn’t provide me.
and my employees was working on it. We were trying hard to do 2nd dip but if it didn’t went through what do i do? I asked you to wait cuz i was working on it bro. So do not behave like a victim.

1. No you never completed the "refund" you got me replacements I was charged for.
2. You only asked for my email once I found out 2 weeks later.
3. You was never trying hard to do the 2nd dip because wayfair banned you from live chat due to the outstanding balance, all those days you were "trying" was you asking wayfair to speak to an agent and them giving you the same automated reply because you cant use live chat anymore.

If I never called you out how long was it gonna take you to finally ask for my email? two weeks ago you knew you needed it and never asked. In your "wayfair Instant WW" you clearly stated no rebills, so even if this did end up happening you are responsible. 

You've lied too many times about this whole thing. You were never able to do the rep + ref like you promised, you couldn't even get past the first step, you clearly don't have an "insider", you clearly didn't do the refund in 24 hours and you were never trying you were stalling. You only take payment after its complete? well that's another lie

dude then what tf u want me to do ofc i will try hard to complete your ref bro i was trying to call em i mean my employee, i just asked you the email access after my client asked for it.
you are behaving like you are a victim bro everyone knows if any company rebils you then noone takes responsibility. But i can still help you mate.

Yes I got the dip but like I said they were not free, first it was your worker was in the hospital so he couldn't complete it now its he was trying to call them? Again, the only way to contact wayfair is through email as calling them they will tell they cant do anything about it as its a separate team who handles this type of situation. I found out about this all in a day and it took you two weeks only because I had to check for myself, can you not see why I'm not happy about this.
The 2nd dip was impossible to do from the day it was delivered as the outstanding balance was there so what exactly were you trying?

Surely if you really want to help you will give me back the fee and I'll give u access to my mail so you can complete it properly, can even be done through MM to make it fair. Once complete I pay because right now I've paid you to reorder products for me at full price.

Bro bro are you fucking stupid? I told you we were trying our best to make it happen if it’s not went through then it’s not my problem bro ? It got rebiled just ask anyone it’s not my responsibility you are just trying to be fucking over smart. The max i can do for you is you can use that money you paid as refund credit whenever you place order from any site i can ref it and you can adjust that money from credit, im doing this for you but even i shouldn’t do this.

That's the problem you weren't trying at all lol, you got me replacements I had to pay for then lied for two weeks straight because you realised you fucked up and didn't want to admit it until I got tired of waiting. If I offer a service to get you a second phone for free and it then turns out you have to pay for that phone when it gets delivered that's not free then is it. Like I said before you said from your own post, your method had 'no rebills' how can your ignore that and then say its not your fault, Its your method lol meaning if it doesn't work, and it didn't, you are 100% responsible for it. 

If I sell you account and tell you there's no chance of it getting locked and the day I give it to you it gets locked do you think I would turn around and say "this happens sometimes not my responsibility"? nobody here is tryna be smart you couldn't provide the service I paid for because you failed to realise they charge when it gets delivered, as a refunder your first job is to correct that mistake. Instead, u never mentioned it, made me believe you were doing the 2nd dip when you weren't, then when I didn't want to wait anymore came up with an excuse and left me with a bill.

You couldn't call or use live chat as its banned so you needed email access which you didn't ask for for two weeks until I had to bring it up, So stop with the whole trying bs. This refunding business clearly isn't for you, you said you could do replacement + refund but you didn't know they charge you for the replacements making the refund part impossible. You scammed me and your resolution is to carry on working with you?
