Scam report against Katoguss

Short Description Of Product/Service: (PayPal config)
Thread of sales: (On his telegram group)
Screenshots of conversation: (I will send dm to staff)
Amount scammed: (0.31301354 LTC)

Additional Information: (I bought PayPal config from him that supposed to give hits with full capture. Since day one it’s giving only 2FA and seller now saying the config is “patched” I asked him to send proofs when it supposed to work and he didn’t send them)
