Additional Information: I was purchasing 3 months of boosts for my Discord Server. When I found out Kenz had poor communication and was busy, I asked for a refund and to cancel the boosts as I've already found someone else to do the boosts. I made this clear that I already found someone. Today, Kenz messages me and says he just sent the boosts over even though I asked for it already to be canceled. I waited 4 days for the boosts even though I was promised it was processed within 24 hours of purchasing. This is totally unfair as I've already paid for other boosts. I just want a refund for this as I'm not interested in this service anymore.

as mentioned at my product description incase any problem happen the order may get delay I was replying this person everyday via chat and told him that my grandfa is ill and at hospital and I will try finish his order tmr and he read it and said okay my grandfa got die anyone at the life can get a problem like that so I sent his server link to a friend to give him boosts inside of me and I backed home at the day we deal to done order at it at this day night then I sent to him that his boosts already sent by my friend

he started mad of me and said that he was want a refund and I should cancel the boosts I think it's a game because all what happened with me and he know that after boosts sent can't be deleted yet

I don't know what his problem like he changed his mind to not to get the order in some hours or what

It wasn't some hours. It took you 5 days to process these boosts. I wasn't wanting to wait as you said you were sick which I understood. I just wanted a Refund and I made it clear. I gave you time in advance.

The boosts were delivered within an hour ago. I made that post to refund me over 12 hours ago. I didn't give you "some hours". I waited 4 days for you to even actively respond. This shit cannot be my fault. You PROMISED or STATED that I'd receive the boosts within 0h-24h and then you took 5 days to give them to me. It's fucked up man.

From June 30th, you said you were sick. July 1st, you said you can do within tomorrow. Tomorrow passes (July 2nd), and boosts are still not done so I bought from a different person. July 3rd, the boosts are delivered even though I asked for it not to be. I sent money on June 29th and received boosts July 3rd. That's 5 days total when you PROMISED 24 hours max.

Yea you told me it'd get delivered on July 2nd which it didn't which was another lie by you. Originally promised 24 hours but then that's also a lie. Just let the admin handle it. I didn't want the service anymore and you provided which is your mistake. I was not aware you had to send it to someone and you had to wait for them. If I had known that you already sent it to your friend and not did it yourself, I wouldn't have purchased more boosts. I wanted a reasonable amount of time and changed my mind about buying the service. You're just making up excuses atp.
