Short Description Of Product/Service: ChatGPT Pro Subscription 1 Month
Thread of sales: https://patched.to/Thread-diamond-⭐-aiki...dia-growth
Screenshots of conversation: [Image: 9TRArFi][Image: 9TRArFi]https://imgur.com/a/9TRArFi
Amount scammed: $35

Proof of payment: https://www.blockchain.com/explorer/tran...63c8f2d28e

Additional Information: So as you can see in the screenshots, the seller did give me some shady site to use per api. As you can see in the screenshot there is an estimate on how many tokens you get daily for the real ChatGPT Pro subscription and on the shady site I only get 50.000 tokens. He first said its a different token system but that is bs. Im a software engineer and I know a lot about ai. The token usage limit was already reached after a simple lookup in OpenCode, which is not even the case with the 20$ subscription from ChatGPT itself. Please ban him, I gave him his chance.

Our policy:
Or spend them in our own chatbot. Your tokens work through AI King's own chat as well as through your own client, so you can start using them without setting anything up.

You can view the product description before purchasing. Essentially, we are officially selling a product normally valued at $200 for $35. Although the token limit currently appears to be 50,000, this figure reflects our system's specific token allocation; in reality, these 50,000 tokens are drawn via API from the underlying ChatGPT service. Taking these factors into account, there is a set daily request allowance and limits based on the project's scale. We have clearly stated in the description that we are not sourcing the product from the original site but are operating our own system. Furthermore, we continue to provide information and support to users via our Telegram bot system. I feel that, despite our explanations, the user has not fully grasped the situation. We have been informing our users for about a week that we intend to increase the token limits. We are currently working on boosting the token capacity by a factor of 2 to 4 to further enhance the quality of the product we provide. The upcoming update will establish limits that ensure user satisfaction. While not strictly mandatory, we decided to implement this update specifically to keep our customers happy.

Our site's policy section clearly states that there are no refunds and that all details are fully explained in the description. If a user is dissatisfied, they are free to leave a low rating and request more. Whether or not we implement this update depends on our customer satisfaction policy; as I mentioned, we are already working on this.

I would also like to point out that we source the product from ChatGPT's API services and deliver the final product to the user via CLIs such as VS Code, following the proper usage guidelines. In other words, there is no issue with the product itself; we simply need to enhance our token configuration to ensure user satisfaction. This could perhaps be viewed as a matter of quality.

To provide a status update: our product has been sold dozens of times, and generally, no one has reported a token-related issue to us. While I cannot gauge the scale of the current user's project or the quality of their prompting technique, it is clear that something is going wrong though the issue lies on their end.

Even when taking the increase of 2x-4x of tokens in consideration, it does not add up and the value is not 200$. As I said, even after simple tasks it runs out of tokens while going through files. When wanted I can demonstrate this in a video and compare it with the 20$ ChatGPT subscription by OpenAI, it even has more token usage. I clearly asked for a refund, and if it is no scam you would just have given me that refund, instead still you talk around and state wrong facts.

You sold this as ChatGPT Pro for one month, described on your store page as the top tier, not a trial and not a shared seat. Neither that page nor your sales thread states a token limit anywhere. The buyer paid without any way of knowing the account was metered at 52,000 tokens a day, and it emptied in a single pass over his files. It was still doing that on 12-09, after you had twice told him it was fixed.

The same page sells this as something that works in VS Code and stays in the editor. A tool that reads a project reads files, and a cap that one file pass exhausts does not do the job you advertised.

You point to the product description. It discloses that the account runs on your own dashboard, and that part of your answer stands. It says nothing about the cap, which is the only term this dispute has ever been about. Your answer here also puts the fault on the buyer's project scale and his prompting, while in the chat you told him his account had a problem with its token pool that your team would fix.

The same option is sold with "Astra 6 included". It was not there when the account was handed over, you told him he could reach it through the API, which was not true, and it appeared two days later after he kept pressing.

Your store page promises that anything failing inside the warranty is replaced. Nothing was replaced, and when he asked for his money back you told him a report would not win.

The cap is a term of this product, not a detail. You set it, you adjust it, and you are the only one who knows what it is. It belongs in your sales thread and on the page that thread links to, stated before anyone pays.

@Prismatix post the BTC address for the refund here, and confirm in this thread within 24 hours of receiving it.

@Labradoodle refund the 0.00040688 BTC to the address he provides, within 24 hours. Post the txid here.

The issue is that the token count refers to our site's own token allocation; the figure of 52,000 tokens is not a limit set by ChatGPT itself. We allow up to 30 requests per day. The user exhausted their limit quickly because they were using the Astra model. We are under no obligation to increase the limit; it is a matter of quality. Issuing a refund for this reason would not be fair. The Astra model was initially available, but we removed it from the dashboard and API due to technical issues a move on our part that was indeed unfair. However, we rectified the situation and restored the feature. We also intended to compensate the user by adding days to their subscription to make up for the lost time. I do not accept the request for a refund, nor do I consider it fair. It is not about the money; it is about reaching a fair resolution. If you decide to rule against me, feel free to ban me; I am truly confident that I am in the right. This is not my first sale. I will not issue a refund for the experience this user had (which they deemed a "low-quality product"). You can verify the token consumption of the Astra model yourself. Consider that a product worth $200 was sold for $35, and we explicitly stated that this was not an official ChatGPT subscription. You made the purchase with full knowledge of this. We have already compensated for the two days of service lost. As the administrator, I ask that you evaluate the outcome carefully. If you decide to rule against me despite the facts, you may ban me.

I have also tested this with 5.6 sol, which does not eat tokens this fast. Again compare it to the chatgpt pro subscription, even with astra on high it would at least work for an hour. This didnt even work for 5 minutes. These are differences you cant ignore and if you do it, it must be on purpose.

The accounts we provide come with usage limits compared to the standard product. This allows you to access PRO-level content for just $35. The limits we apply are perfectly reasonable. The Astra model is currently the most powerful and resource-intensive model in the world. It is completely unreasonable for you to demand a refund from me based on this; I absolutely do not accept such a claim. Other sellers would agree with my position. We cannot reach an agreement because you are viewing the situation solely from your own perspective as a customer.
You won't really run into issues with these kinds of token limits on models like the 5.6 version. However, you need to realize that Astra is an incredibly powerful model. As I mentioned, since it is a new release, we are currently working on the token limitations. Coding the backend isn't easy. Please be patient or leave the matter to the admin.

Well no as I said its the same with 5.6 sol. And also if the support team of patched want a video of me showing this and then with the chatgpt plus subscription (which should have 5x lower usage) I get more usage out of that with astra, even on high ;)
