Additional Information: So we made a deal for a PRIVATE chat gpt pro account, the account needed to be private and this was mandatory and stated many times before the transaction, to be sure that I will get what’s I’ve paid for because like I told him, also many times, I will not be able to use a shared account, and this was all the purpose of this deal and why I paid this price, and he agreed on this deal, and even stated that their will be a guarantee, like in the those proof "https://imgur.com/a/n9p6YKD" and like you can see on the proof we clearly agreed on a pro account completely private, I even say, and I quote "As long as i'm the only one in it im good".
So I paid him, and then he told me that he will give me the account when it will be ready, but later on, he sent me the account, and after my checking process I realize that they were a lot of conversation in this account and a lot of video being generated, so I've contacted him again to have some enlightenment on this situation cause like it was stated many times no one should have access to this account except me, but in reality he gave me a shared account which he sold $25, and make me pays $100 for it. The account was even oversaturated when I received the account, and I was unable to generate anything from chat gpt because to many people were on this account (and the problem was for everyone in this account ofc)"https://imgur.com/a/Oe1OUpu".
So I've contacted him again, to know what was going on and like you can see on the proof he even told me and I quote again "My friend, I will check the individual account again." "https://imgur.com/a/kuy5ept" so he clearly was aware ofc, that this account was supposed to be individual. So I'm letting him the time to check by himself and I provided him also all the proof, for him to gain some time and for him to be able to see by himself.
So I waited to hear from him again and the next day he sent me this "https://imgur.com/a/OLE548t". So like you can see on the proof, the account was supposed to be private, but when I started to read the end of this message I saw something that was really weird. He told me that the account provided is individual, but on the next part of this message, he told me to pay $200 more to receive a single user account, and he can't provide a refund. So I was thinking, why do he tells me that, the account provided is individual and on the same time ask me to pay $200 more to get what's I paid for initially, that make nonsense.
So I sent him this message "https://imgur.com/a/49CcWzR" for him to clarify the situation, because his response was really weird like you saw. I explained him in this message that if a replacement was provided, I will be good, but I will not be able to pay $200 more of course for something I was supposed to already have, specialy to be in the same situation again but for $300 instead. I also linked every proof of what I was saying to him to prove what I've stated, and he told me that he will get back to me, which reassured me, and I began to think that he understood the situation and will solve it.
But later on he sent me his response, which was mind-blowing, "https://imgur.com/a/3oM0Usz". When I saw that I realize that one, he will not refund me, and two he will not even replace, and most of all, he tried to force me to pay $200 more just to have a working account. I also realize that his previous weird message has a purpose, which was to try to scam me by saying (and yes this is funny) that the account was sent individually which has of course nonsense, but the purpose of this maneuver is to say that he deliver what was stated, which means a private account, and obviously it was not the case.
I don't really want to go deeper in this message because I'm sure everybody understood his message and his attempted of extortion, so I let you make your own view on this even if I'm sure that you're used to this kind of maneuver in the scam section.
So to finish, the account stopped working today and all models are unusable because the account was flagged, and now it is restricted "https://imgur.com/a/1v3Un71" so the account is dead after 2 days, and he don't want to give me a refund and not even a replacement, and he asks me to pay $200 to be able to receive an account, which I of course don't want because I will lose even more money, and at the end, I will be in the same situation but for a $300 lost.
So he has my LTC address for a refund I even propose him to refund just a part of the total amount but even for that he don't want, so you're my last resort. Thanks in advance for your help and again all the chat conversation has been sent in private to the admin.
