Additional Information:  Transaction was for youtube premium upgrade (which I received) and as well as a Framer or Figma upgrade.

There was some confusion between the service I requested between being Figma or Framer.

I never received either, when the seller told me they don't have Framer I tried to buy something else and realized they did not have anything I needed.

I requested a refund and is now being ignored by the seller .

First of all, they originally ordered Figma and YouTube. The payment they made was for Figma only.

YouTube: $25
Figma: $25
PayPal fees: $8

There was no discussion about Framer at that time. When they sent me their login details, I specifically confirmed with them whether they wanted Framer or Figma, and they said Framer. You can also check the chat — I had never even quoted them a price for Framer. I am completely willing to provide them with something else instead, but the exact product they want is currently unavailable.
So, I am offering them store credit for the Framer amount. Whenever Framer becomes available again, I will provide it to them. I am not refusing to provide a solution; I am simply offering store credit because the requested product is currently unavailable.

I’m ready to provide you with store credit. Once the product is back in stock, I’ll provide it to you. Alternatively, you can choose any other product of the same value instead.

I have received the payment for Figma, so if you want Figma, I’m ready to provide it to you.

Payment is not in dispute, both sides posted the same $58 screenshot and @Logann admits receiving it. YouTube was delivered. The second item was quoted as Figma Pro in @Alvinloso's own screenshots and Framer only came up after the money was sent, so the mix-up sits on both parties. What @Alvinloso did prove is that the refund request from 17 August sat unanswered for three days while @Logann answered an unrelated question in the same chat. That is bad handling of a dispute, not a scam.

@Logann has 24 hours to deliver Figma or refund the undelivered portion of the $58 and post proof here. Store credit is not a substitute if @Alvinloso does not want it.
