I gave him a name and he booked the name under the name I gave him. Nothing wrong with that fair and square. Upon my arrival I wanted to check in but I realize I lost my ID not the sellers fault at all. FINE! we past that. I want to give him new name under my friends name so I can check in but guy is saying NO NO Imma use the same name and same hotel, im like wtf are you talking about?? Reservation is already canceled, I cant go back there no more because it may look suspicious if I come back with a entirely new name within the span of an hour obviously? So I kindly asked let's do a new hotel with a new name and he keeps denying my request. He won't refund me or rebook even after hotel cancelation

You have confirmed that the hotel issued a refund for the cancelled reservation. Commercially, you cannot receive a refund from the provider and simultaneously withhold the buyer's payment. Since the service was not rendered and you have no financial loss, you are obligated to return the full amount.

Requirement: You must refund the $350 to the buyer within 24 hours. Failure to comply will result in a permanent ban.
