Additional Information:I’ve bought from this seller twice. The first time was a year ago — everything went fine and I received the product without issues.
This time, however, he scammed me.
As shown in the screenshots, I reached out to him again a year later. He ignored my messages for several days (I only messaged once or twice, no spam). Eventually, he replied — not to deliver the product, but to mock me with a sarcastic message: “Still haven’t received it? Keep waiting. For ever.” He later deleted some of his messages, but they can still be seen quoted in our conversation.
I’ve been part of the Patched.to community and similar forums for a long time. Although I no longer have access to my old account, I’ve continued following the scene in read-only mode. I had to register again due to this incident in order to submit this report, because I know how seriously this platform and community take seller reputation and user safety.
If the provided evidence is not enough, I’m ready to submit anything else required.
I’m not asking for any refund — I just want the scammer to be banned, especially from respected platforms like this one.

Am I understanding correctly that if the seller now fulfills his obligations, he will face no consequences at all?
He clearly and deliberately scammed me, with no intention of delivering anything. On top of that, he even mocked me, which clearly shows bad intent.
And now, only after one of the scammed users (and I’m likely not the first) publicly reported him on the forum, he suddenly wants to handle it privately and provide the product — just to avoid punishment?
If possible, I’d honestly prefer he keeps my $15 and gets banned, so I can help protect other users from being scammed.
But if there’s no way he’ll be penalized anyway, then yes — in that case I’d rather receive what I paid for.

He just keeps throwing insults and making things up.
He claims he delivered the product — he didn’t.
He says he can’t deliver it here — then send it in a private message, not in this public thread!
I posted all the screenshots I have, and I never edited any messages. I never said you edited your message days later.
After I realized you weren’t going to deliver the product, I wished you and your family well — and only then did you delete your earlier messages and say “I didn’t mean it to you.”. After that, you didn’t respond again until I submitted the scam report.
This isn’t a misunderstanding — you’re just changing your story now to avoid consequences.
