This report details a clear pattern of manipulation and failure to deliver a product.

Here is the exact timeline of events:

1.  I initially left a negative review because my original purchase was never delivered.
2.  The seller (BKXTN) contacted me, promising a replacement account if I removed the review. I agreed.
3.  The replacement account he provided stopped working after approximately 20 minutes.
4.  He blamed my use of a free VPN but still promised a second replacement, stating his exact words were "2H i will be home" implying a swift resolution.
5.  Following that promise, he disappeared and ignored my messages for several days, never delivering this second replacement.
6.  Facing his broken promise, I reposted my factual review : https://pixvid.org/image/ka4fW
7.  Only then did he reappear, changing his story to deny service.
8.  When confronted, he invented a brand new excuse about a "checker" being down, which directly contradicts his original promise of being home in 2 hours.
9.  He also attempted to blame me for the chat's auto-delete feature, falsely claiming it was set to one hour when the log shows it is set to 24 hours a timeframe during which he ignored me for several days.

The seller's method is to make empty promises to get negative reviews removed, only to break them immediately after.
His contradictions and bad faith are fully documented in the attached screenshots. 
He is unresponsive unless pressured by a public negative review, and even then, fails to honor his commitments.

The account I delivered was fully working at the time of delivery.
However, the buyer admitted to using a free VPN, which often causes OF accounts to get banned very quickly. I clearly told him that if he used a proper paid VPN, I would replace his account — but he didn’t follow that advice.

After I sent this message, the buyer deleted our chat, making it impossible for me to reach him directly. He only messaged me again much later (about a day after). I told him “2h I will be home,” meaning I would replace him once I got back. He never replied to that message.

I even followed up later (“you don’t want the account?”) but got no answer. It’s clear from his own screenshots that he was mainly trying to get a refund after breaking the product himself. https://pixvid.org/image/kabxj

I always honor replacements when buyers cooperate and follow the proper instructions (like using a stable VPN). I’ve sold many accounts without issue — this case only went wrong because of his VPN misuse and chat deletion.

    This is a blatant lie.

    As my screenshot clearly shows, after he sent "2H i will be home" at 12:09 AM, HE is the one who broke the silence at 12:39 AM with a "?". He then immediately became hostile and, at 12:46 AM, explicitly stated, "i will not send your account."

    He broke his own promise in less than an hour, not because I didn't reply, but because of his own impatience and aggression.

  2. That my "yes" to his question "so you dont want account?" meant I was refusing the product.
     
    This is a deliberate misinterpretation of an ambiguous, one-word answer.

    My response "yes" was meant to confirm the opposite: "Yes, I do want the account." This is clear from the entire context of my actions: I consistently pursued getting the product I paid for.
    More importantly, this is a distraction tactic. This exchange happened hours after he had already broken his promise and stated, "i will not send your account."

    His question was a taunt, not a genuine offer.

  3. "The buyer deleted our chat, making it impossible for me to reach him directly."
     
    This is false.

    The auto-delete timer is set to 24 hours, not one hour. He himself ignored me for several days, making his complaint about a 24-hour window hypocritical. The chat was active, and he was clearly able to send messages, as the log proves.

  4. "It’s clear... he was mainly trying to get a refund..."
     
    This is a complete fabrication.

    At no point in our entire conversation did I ever ask for a refund. My only request has always been for the working product I paid for.
Summary for the staff:
 
The seller's defense relies on twisting the facts and hoping you won't check the logs. He lied about me not replying, he is misrepresenting my "yes" to distract from the fact he had already refused to provide the replacement, and he is lying about the chat deletion.

His entire behavior, from his broken promises to his constantly changing excuses, shows a clear pattern of bad faith. 

He does not honor his agreements.

I said “2h I will be home” because I was genuinely away and planned to handle his replacement once back.  You Didn't reply to me !! only after 12H you reply 
. When I asked, “so you don’t want account?”, it was because he hadn’t replied for hours and I wasn’t sure if he still wanted the replacement. His response, “yes,” naturally read as a refusal
