Additional Information: I asked him multiple time to give me a mercury account with CREDIT feature already enabled ONLY (mercury io credit feature) he assured me he had an account. I check the account and it doesn't have. He acknowledges it and tries to find a replacement for me but doesn't have one. He then has to chat GPT was mercury credit was and now expects me to age the account for the CHANCE I can get credit enabled (not guaranteed ) . He doesn't know what he is selling and is trying to pin blame on me for failing to provide what I specified. I waited over week and no resolution from him. I am requesting refund at this point. Failed to provided replacement for the account I exactly asked for.
