Additional Information: From my initial outreach I told him exactly what I need and for what purpose, he advised me that Monese + Binance would be good for apps that I can login on MY phone, If you read the conversation this was my only requirements however after he sent he tried to say Monese had maintaince etc it used tonwork, and that I agreed to Monese and Binance, yes I did agree but only after I asked him if it would work on my own mobile if he said no I wouldnt have bought it

This is not me, my telegram username used to be @PapaBanks but it was closed, now my username is @papa_banks.
You should have verified this before you deal with him

@Mrbluee Always request message verification from him through the forum. I cannot evaluate this report because there is not enough proof that you communicated with that person.
