 What Happened
 

• I purchased a 1-year personal upgrade service (initially Netflix, later also Spotify) from queses / UpgradeVision.
  
• The seller repeatedly gave excuses, promised fixes “in minutes” or “later today,” but never properly delivered.
  

Timeline 

• June-July 2025:
   
  • Netflix briefly worked, but repeatedly stopped working (every 2–3 days it broke).
    
  • I also bought Spotify upgrade seller promised to fix but never did.
    
  • Seller said refund would be sent in LTC or PayPal but never actually refunded.
    
• Late July – August 2025:
   
  • Seller continued giving vague promises (“stock issue,” “checking PayPal balance,” “send XMR address”) but no refund or stable service was provided.
    
  • Netflix account was constantly deactivated.
    
  • Seller stopped responding consistently despite me asking dozens of times.

Additional Information

• Seller repeatedly wasted my time for months with excuses about being “not home,” “waiting on exchanger,” or “stock issues.”
  
• Promised refunds via LTC, PayPal, or XMR but never completed them.
  
• Netflix upgrade were never stably delivered, account kept breaking and I never got my spotify upgrade nor refund.
  
• At this point, this is clear scamming behavior: seller takes payment, gives temporary access (or none at all), then avoids refunding.
