Short Description Of Product/Service:
 Refunding Mentorship

Amount Scammed: $450

Screenshots of Communication: Will be sent to admins

Additional Information:

First of all Refundgod's refunding service itself is good, he has been around for quite some time which is the initial reason i wanted to buy his mentoring to expand my own knowledge.
But what he shared with me is not even close to what he described in his mentoring description.

[Image: 3d4bmA8.png][Image: QcqTy4K.png]

This is how he described his mentoring, saying that it "covers EVERYTHING there is", "All the knowledge", "covers literally EVERYTHING there is to refunding" etc.

What i was expecting:

A Storelist (like in any other refund mentoring) and the most up to date methods that all top tier refunders use right now for the most recent hot stores, additionally a private community of mentees who discuss stores and just up to date stuff in general, he saw my name and knew that i am already a refunder so i obviously came here to get more updated information.

What i received:

It took him 6 days with like 2 replies per day at most, to send me 7 google doc files that i initially had to buy a gmail account for (that doesnt get locked first since i am obviously on a vpn setup) to access the files at all and it was just a bunch of text in bad design written like one of those CPA methods that you find in old reposted monetization threads. The docs just explained all refunding methods that you already find publicly online just with some small twists to them that are already known by now. His private community got banned apparently and he has send me a public refund chat, as if it was so difficult to just create a new telegram group and invite your mentees....

He has not provided up to date methods for specific stores, doesn't even provide 1:1 support since thats only available in his $1400 Part 2 mentorship (which is absolutely ridiculous, if you sell a mentoring you should be able to provide 1:1 support). All he has given is a bunch of methods that are semi-public, its not a mentoring, its just a typical ebook that he sells that covers basics. And the amount of time i have to wait for each of his replies is astonishing, i beg the admins to just look at the timestamps of the chat.

His point is that he provided everything because he heavily leans on this list here:

but this list isnt presented in the description as a "Yea only all of this is provided and nothing else", its presented like additional content, especially after he claims to provide "all the knowledge and most up-to-date methods that top-tier refunders use and covers literally EVERYTHING there is to refunding"

he wanted to share some more but its just gonna be more docs of some semi public stuff so i told him to just end the whole thing there, i dont wanna leech anything from him and then get my money back i genuinely wanted some value but i got nothing, and the remaining stuff he wanna send is also worth nothing.

I don't even wanna lean on to all this crap in his description too much, however you discuss the contents listed, $450 for these few documents is way too much.

I have been in different mentorings where i paid half the price of what i paid to him and got 10x more value out of them then on his. I even have other big refunders support my claim that this mentoring was a complete fraud.

Nowhere on the listing description of the mentorship does it mention that there is a set store-list to follow, as exactly as described the first part of the mentorship, is not a specific list of methods for each store, that you would be following blindly not knowing what you’re doing but a general mentorship so you are able to hit almost every store out there and familiarize yourself with the basic steps and necessities. Since if everyone would be following the same list on repeat, that would die out very quickly. it is clearly stated that only part 2 of the mentorship provides a specific store methods list, which is visible in your own photos as well.[Image: ?u=https%3A%2F%2Fgcdnb.pbrd.co%2Fimages%...szllrj.png]

"all the knowledge and most up-to-date methods that top-tier refunders use and covers literally EVERYTHING there is to refunding" does not mean a specific storelist to follow, rather a list of methods and how they work, situation awareness, which situation to use them in, and how to properly prepare them, which was all included and provided.

A total of 11 parts of the mentorship was provided (which is not completed yet and still has more parts) over the span of 8 days, as the mentorship was purchased on June 26, out of which 2 was weekends. Every single further part of the mentorship was shared with no more than a 24hours delay (due to timezone differences, and also reading speed of the user)
Proof:
[Image: ?u=https%3A%2F%2Fgcdnb.pbrd.co%2Fimages%...m7TNvA.png]

1:1 support is provided, however has never been requested by the user.
Everything in listing description was provided with the exception of a store-list to follow which was never mentioned there is one in the first place.

Don't try to pick out some counter argument and ride it throughout your whole reply, there are several aspects that are very misleading and not provided

Everything in this ss wasn't provided, you even mentioned "Methods, waves,..", how can that not be interpreted as stores? When you offer methods as a refunding mentoring it's obvious that you mean "stores and their according methods" to any sane person and not single methods on their own that have been reposted here 100 times.

And regarding the 1:1 mentoring, you clearly stated here that thats part of the part 2 mentoring, followed by a $900 upsell for something that mentorings already have included in the base mentoring since a storelist is the absolute minimum in a mentoring.

everything in that screenshot you have provided is included except for reselling overseas for 145+% however reselling domestically without effort (not to cashouts) is in fact included in this mentorship.
Methods, waves is described as the fundamental knowledge needed and preparing you to be able to utilize a specific list that is clearly mentioned to be included only in part2. how can you interpret this as a storelist, when it clearly said in your photo that its only included in part2.
1:1 support is included in both mentorships, you never asked for any support. that message explaining the storelist + 1:1 support is separate and also includes 1:1 support.

Alright, I’ve gone through the entire chat log history, the sales thread layout, and the arguments from both sides. Here is the final staff ruling on this case.

The core issue here comes down to completely mismatched expectations caused by misleading marketing. Let's address the buyer's main point first: the store list. Paper, you're in the wrong on this specific claim. The sales page clearly differentiates Level 1 from Level 2, explicitly stating that store-specific methods and advanced techniques are strictly locked behind Level 2. You can't buy the base package and expect the premium tier's content. In the future, do your due diligence and ask exactly what you are getting before dropping $450.

However, RefundGod is far from innocent. Your sales copy heavily oversells what you actually deliver. Using blanket marketing phrases like "covers EVERYTHING there is to refunding" and "all the knowledge" when you are just handing over semi-public, general principles in Google Docs is highly disingenuous. To make matters worse, you failed to deliver core features advertised in your thread. You guaranteed an exclusive private community for people to discuss strategies, but gave the buyer a public chat link because your original group got banned. You also openly admitted in the logs that the overseas reselling module was completely missing from what you sent. Making a people wait days for basic document links and using automated copy-paste support scripts to dodge complaints isn't a 1:1 mentorship.

Because foundational materials were still handed over, we aren't treating this as a full exit scam, but it is absolutely an incomplete and misleading delivery of service. We are ordering a 50% partial refund.

@RefundGod, you have exactly 24 hours from this post to send $225 USD to the buyer's crypto address and post the transaction hash (TXID) directly in this thread. You are also ordered to update your sales thread immediately to remove the misleading "covers everything" language and clearly state that Level 1 only teaches general fundamentals. Failure to pay or fix your thread will result in an immediate permanent ban. Paper, update us the second the funds land.

Would like to address that the statement covers EVERYTHING there is to refunding" and "all the knowledge" is true and is in fact included in the documents. At the beginning there may be included some semi-public information, however none of which is the entirety of mentorship as it includes plenty and relies on knowledge not found publicly as claimed. There was no instance customer was waiting over 24hours for a document, and in most cases just a few hours at most.

Two points that willing to agree
1. Group got banned, so unable to gather all users back in time, however the group will be reopened in the next few days, however that is besides the point
2. The resell wording needs to be rephrased as it is no longer reselling overseas due to many problems with customs and tax purposes, this is why it is changed to reselling domestically. So this part is not entirely left out, it is just substituted with an alternative.

Due to these two points, happy to compensate a fair and set amount as per your ruling, however it seems excessive and not entirely fair to compensate 50% of the amount paid, when only 10-20% (two points have not been met) and way more than 50% has been provided.

Went through this again along with additional chat logs between you and Paper, and the rebuttal doesn't hold up.

The store list point stands as already ruled, Level 1 never promised one, that part is settled.

On the community claim though, you're the one who undermines it here. In your own conversation with Paper, before any dispute was opened, you told him yourself there was no dedicated mentee groupchat, just some general resource chats you'd point people to. That's not a group that got banned later, that's confirmation there was never a private student community to begin with, while your sales page advertises exactly that. So this complaint is stronger, not weaker.

The reply time defense doesn't hold either. Paper had to chase you multiple times with no response for stretches before getting materials, and the full delivery dragged out close to two weeks from purchase, not the smooth same day turnaround you're describing. On top of that, the "I apologize for the inconvenience, valued customer, best of our service" message was sent to Paper more than once, word for word identical. That's a copy paste stall tactic, not 1:1 support.

So both of your concessions, missing community and the swapped resale method, are confirmed to be bigger issues than you're presenting them as, not smaller. Nothing here justifies dropping the refund to 10-20%.

Ruling stands

customer was refunded and the two points have been edited / removed from sales page.
+4 brand new documents with over 100+ total pages have been added to level 1 to make up for the inaccurate description and customer satisfaction towards specific areas.
As informed to customer, happy to still provide 1:1 support as promised, assist with any concerns, and provide the remaining parts of documents that still remain...
With this situation made sure to take a note of this, to improve and minimize problems like this in the future and work harder so that valued customers such as Paper receive accurate service.
