contacted asriel since december last year for a refund, he said he can do it, contacted again in january and asked if same terms, he said yes do it, even told him acc 7 months old and the products i wanted, he pushed me to go with it and made it "99%" secure.
he fails refund > acc gets ofm > he says send this email and gain access to your account again, did what he told me, been waiting on refund for 1+ months when i returned phones, got on call with amazon support and they said u made a police report then phones were found and we closed account because fraudelent actions.
lost 2.6k on order total which i have not got a refund, returned phones which i could have sold atleast for 70% original value and take the 30% loss.
he must pay me 70% of phones value or refund my money on amazon order.

What are you going to inventt? I asked you multiple times if you can do this refund and you confirmed it 99%.
Refund failed? Ok no problem things that happen, i could have resold the products if u told me so.
Instead you told me to send email to ofm exactly as you said, which i did, regained access to my account for 48hrs, returned products and was waiting for refund for weeks. Refund never came.
Contacted amazon support through phone and they were asking me questions, why you submitted a police report, how do you submitt a police report then return the products, you initially said products were missing, we have all emails that u have sent us, emails that i have no idea what he sent because he communicated with amazon until the point refund was failed, after that he left me on my own to deal with them.
You dont reply in telegram for 2 days and after i open scam report u decide to contact me.
I have no phones, i have a failed refund and all you do is tell me lets do a chargeback from the bank, which i wont do, because the person who ordered this products values his peace of mind more than the 2600 eur.
All im asking for is you to pay damages you have caused, there is no other side of this story.

Refunds are never 99% lol. And u almost never return when OFM happens. There are countless stories OFM not refunding even when you send back - amazon pure scam.
