Additional Information: The samsung phones I bought were labeled with blacklisted IMEIs. I was told the phones would come with random information (color, GB etc). I was never told they could come with blacklisted information

1. I never scammed anyone products were succesfully delivered to the consumer.
2. As i clearly stated to the client before purchase that the information that is shown on the phones are random if its purchased from USA warehouse. We can only put customized information if the devices are purchased from our China warehouse.
3. After receiving the phones client requested me to ship him extra sealing stickers so he can perform the return method, i shipped to him out of my cost.
4. After that, client complained that the IMEIS were blacklisted and demanded a solution. I offered him to ship him stickers with valid information which he can just remove and apply the new stickers which he agreed as seen on the chat. 5. Buyer dissapeared after that agreement and came back after week demanding refund.

I did not scam anyone and its unfair to be treated that way, it would be a scam if i stated that the imeis will be valid. i warned customer before shipping that information is random,

I'm open in sending him the stickers with valid info so he can apply on the box.

1. Never disclosed the possibility of backlisted IMEIS. Had that possibility been disclosed I would not have purchased. It's deceitful
2. That was told to me. Never was I told blacklisted phones were a possibility
3. I paid $70 to receive the stickers. It took him 1 month to send them. In that time I had 4500 of useless phones.
4. I agreed. I have never removed stickers and reapplied. Assuming it was something simple to do. It's not.
5. It's absurd a customer has to ask i IMEIS will be blacklisted or not. Again, it's deceitful. I would not have purchased had I known.

The phones I have from Roll are, 128gb, locked to carrier and blacklisted. I'll repeat, blacklisted IMEIS were never mentioned. The only reason I was open to a resolution besides a refund was to avoid conflict. It took him 1 month for the stickers to arrive. I will not wait another month, even if they arrived next week, I don't want them now. The service offered are replicas.  I shouldn't have to act as a phone shop removing and putting stickers.

1. Neither the option of valid IMEIS was offered. There is no statement in my shop indicating that the IMEIs are valid. The only service was advertised in the shop is "Custom IMEI/SN possible. which gives the opportunity to the client to print their own IMEI "
At no point in my sales thread on Patched or Telegram shop is stated that the IMEIs will be valid. Other sellers are offering it hence they take responsibility for it.

2. Our shop specializes in manufacturing replicas, and we only advertise the devices, we dont advertise valid or invalid IMEIS, but we offer to clients the option to choose customized IMEIs, which are shipped from a factory in China. As I explained in the chat, all the information on the boxes shipped from our USA warehouse is randomized.

3.  I have clearly explained why it took so long for you to receive the boxes in our private chat, it was due to Trump tarrifs and the HongKong courrier service didnt ship any packages to USA. If you still want me to ship  the stickers to you to replace the info on the box it will be much faster as the courrier is operating back normal.

4.  Again, the service we offer are the devices, and providing valid IMEIs was never part of the agreement. We only include valid IMEIs as an act of goodwill to our clients and its not something that is offered in our service. And as per my memory, the return method you wanted to perform didnt need you to have valid IMEIS at all.


5. Again, i didnt advertise anywhere that the IMEIS are valid or invalid. We are selling devices not IMEIS.

You do advertise valid IMEIS. You are lying by saying you don't. 
You also only stated color/storage were random. 

At best your a con/scam artist. 


I want a refund based on you advertising clean IMEIS (pictures I uploaded are proof). 

Admin what's next? I already proved you advertised clean IMEIS and he delivered blacklisted IMEIS

I see this is not your real patched account, the deal i made was with @Phonebuyerrus ( https://i.ibb.co/kssQGJn5/Screenshot-202...-10-55.png) ( admin can check the confirmation we made ) we did a message confirmation on patched, there was never any message of valid IMEIS there was only confirmation of the 30 devices you wanted to buy and that you owed 500$ once first phone was sold. on my channel i never have any advertise of valid IMEIS.

1. You shall create the report from your real patched account not this one. The deal we made was with @Phonebuyerrus
2. The messages you have i dont have them for some reason and can be easily photoshopped saying that i was promised valid imeis. Again On my Patched sales thread (which admins can confirm and is public) or telegram shop there isnt any advertising regarding IMEIs, and on the deal agreement which was made on Patched werent stated that there will be valid IMEIS.
3. Payment was made on 23th of April 2025, delivery of goods was on 25th of April according to tracking records  ( tracking Fedex: 880778827151)
4. After your complaint as you said you could have asked for a return, instead we came to an agreement for stickers so you replace the boxes which i did and shipped on 8th Of may, Delivery was on 14th of May,( tracking DHL: 9072141492 ) ( your statement that you were waiting 1+ month is false )

5. You cant come and demand a refund after 1.5 months after i provided you with a solution and you agreed, neither does factory accept the return because time has passed.
