Additional Information:

ShaggyScoobyRef started a refund for me around 1 month ago, and has since has terrible communication and ghosted me as of recently about 4 days ago. They deleted all messages and blocked my account so I have no log of messages (unless there is way to recover them on telegram). I would like them to delete my stored data from their order bot that they made me use.
