To start this guy is a fraud and a liar, i never asked him to advertise anything for me, he purchased 5+ items from me through a friend @Silk and wanted to back door his friend to get a cheaper service
I only received a 20% deposit from this guy a total of which was a total of $395, he received  5+ shoes with this total , i also paid for international shipping out of the cost which was not included.
one of the pairs he received was a YSL Heel he said it failed verification on a online legit checker website which i cannot verify i recommend customer to take the shoe to the actual YSL store as that is the only person i can fact check this product. he denied to do so then he broke the shoe, himself trying to prove a point to me therefore i told customer there is no returns on this product.



you can see here broke the heel trying to do a legit check at home, so no i cannot return this what can i do with a broken heel.

This customer as been ordering products from me for almost 2 months now, and now he says the items are fake which is 100% incorrect i have a long list of customers who buy from me. The deal was he pays 20% upfront and on delivery he would pay the additional 20% to for the rest of the product, he owes me for 5 products the remining 20% that he is trying not to pay so he's going the there fake route i told him, sir if you cannot pay the remining 20% for the product that we both agreed on then return the shoes and i will refund him the initial 20% because I'm losing these products are worth much more than his cheap $300.





HE DECLINED TO RETURN THE SHOES, ALSO HE DIDNT PAY THE OTHER PORTION TO ME THAT IS OWED FOR THE SHOES. SO WHERE TF IS THE SCAM??YOU ARE SCAMMING ME YOU SAID U WAS RETURNING THE PRODUCT, THIS CUSTOMER IS TRYING TO PULL SOME BULLSHIT TO GET FREE SHOES WHEN IM THE ONE OUT OF MONEY!

Customer was instructed to return the items if he cant pay the remaining balance for them, and i would refund the amount he spent for them. which is only 20% he declined and said he's not sending me anything back. therefore i will also be making an scam report against him, he's trying to play reverse psychology to get free products.

he is a good but i have professional relation with him . he is not my friend .
swelly contacted me to undercut his own friend .
i agreed as according to business side , i need items for cheap .
so as soon as i told him that products were fake , he asked me proofs , and he himself understood that shoes i received were fake  . and he was generous enough to offer me full refund no question asked . we can add him as well in this group . he can confirm as well that they were fake and swelly also blocked him as well . im not sure if silk paid swelly and i do not care for that as in those shoes deal i was not directly involved . i was purchasing thru silk .
so i do not owe swelly anything for those shoes .

now , for the products , all the products i have received are fake . they are replica . swelly advertise these products as stockx and farfetch refund but they are not refunded . products came in fake box as well . there was no mentioned of stockx and farfetch anywhere . 
my first condition to initiate deal with swelly was to receive some proof of order which he is going to place for me and then will be getting refund . but he always denied and did not send me any sort of purchase proof from stockx or farfetch

it took me so much time to check the shoes as i use network of fright forwarders to ship these items to my client and it took time as communication from his side was very poor . i was not getting proper tracking as well to check for the items im going to receive .
as soon as my client received item , he checked and also took to the stores and also did legit check using trusted legit check sources . THEY WERE FAKE 


half of the things swelly claiming here are fake. he is showing half screenshots and context of chat is getting missed . please double check with the screenshots i sent @A35 in dms .




i sent swelly upfront 425usd . out of 425$ half were for one order that was cancelled . i cancelled as i knew that will be fake as well .


he denied escrow/ mm since start of the deal and want me to sent these fakes back to him in order to claim refund but i know as soon as i will send him shoes , he will block me . also i cannot sent these fakes back as it will be very expensive for me to gather these shoes again as my client are sitting in different countries and different cities . i can reimburse swelly his shipping fee but for the rest i want refund .

i can prove every inch of these shoes that they are fake . just ask me what kind of proof is required .

alos the process he follow is also very shady . he claim that they shoes are refunded but i never received any legit box or any legit accessory with the sneakers or shoe . they were really third grade copy .

also swelly is brain dead and 10 year old , so he will try to talk shit here and will try every possible way to shift this topic of refund instead of dealing professionally here .

above ss this guy is quoting is from group with was made by other admin beastmode to solve dispute as he accidently deleted the scam report . within this group proper discussion was happening until swelly decided to be very disrespectful towards beastmode and accused him of taking money from me to be onto my side which was clearly not the case .due to this misbehave from swelly's side , beastmode left the group and told me to create new scam report against swelly  . as i mentioned earlier swelly will try to distract this conversation onto other useless topics .

he should be banned asap as he is a scammer and will potentially scam others .

I'm tired of going back and forth and i been waiting for many days now, we had an agree. you would pay 20% upfront and 20% on delivery i have yet to be paid i told you many times you need to pay me for my products or you need to ship the items back and i will refund you the 20% you paid. you are now scamming me not trying to return the products. if they were so bad products first think you would want to do is send them back and get your money back, your trying to keep them without paying remining balance cause you know your full of shit. you need to pay me i dont do this work for free and im going under if you keep them without payment.

i will not return those products . i will not spend anymore funds to get those shoes back from client then ship them back to you . its useless labour for me . deal was to supply original shoe but all i got was fake after waiting 1 month . i lost a lot of money and time due to your fake service . as i said im willing to reimburse for the shipment you made but im will not allow you to take 100% of the 20% upfront payment i paid you .

physically its not possible for me to send those shoes back . you have to understand this . if shoes were not fake or even high quality replica , i could have paid you your rest funds no questions asked . im ready to purchase replica as well but not the replica i received . they did not even have 1:1 looking box , shoe itself is the other story . balanciaga shoe was so bad that client literally laughed in my face .


i will not repeat myself again and again . i cannot send those replica shoes i received back , neither you can refund me until i send you those shoes back . let the admin decide what to do .
