Your personal opinion on the decision doesn't change the facts on the ground @gusservices. Just because you opened the dispute thread doesn't mean the verdict is going to be whatever makes you happy. You were in that ticket for twenty days, approving the UI and the logic step-by-step. You don't get a 100% refund just because you learned how to prompt an AI after three weeks of leading a developer through custom revisions.

The $400 is for the labor and the documented hours of work you validated while it was happening. If you thought they were incompetent, you should have stopped the project on day one, not after twenty days of work.

Whether you take the files or not is entirely up to you. But if you refuse to accept the ruled refund amount too, this thread will be closed and you'll get absolutely nothing. Verdict is final.

@TheOlympus, get the $600 sent and post the txid. No more talk.

Trying to turn this into a public warning is a waste of time. I don't decide cases based on status or roles, I decide them based on the logs. The logs show you directing this team for twenty days. You pay for the labor you consume. That is a fact of business, not an opinion.

Attacking the integrity of the forum because you didn't get a 100% refund is a quick way to lose the $600 I ruled in your favor. I recognized the seller's technical failures, which is why you aren't paying the full $1,000. But I will not ignore the three weeks of work you personally supervised.

This is my final response. Any further posts stirring up drama or attacking staff will be treated as a rejection of the verdict, and the thread will be closed immediately with no refund. You have the remainder of your 24 hours.
I am turning it into a public warning and will continue to do so outside of the forum as well, your opinion is biased and your argument of the payment of $400 does not make sense
I continued the project because I didn't want to be a complete bitchass nigger like olympus  is acting right now.  I will try to make this as public as possible because I hate scams and the owner of a big forum is being biased because of the seller's role.  You even chose to be unethical about it trying to make me shut my mouth by threatening to close the scam report, why did you feel the need to do that ? Was it for the fact that you didn't want me to show more arguments on why I need to be fully refunded of my $1000 if not more for the time and brain cells waste ?

so you are telling me i have to pay $400 because i could not anticipate that the olympus worker would be incapable of doing his job after he confidently agreed that he could. I spent more than 20 days with him explaining how my service works even though the only reason i went with olympus was because i thought that he would know my service and how i work which was not the case in this scenario. the whole labor that you are referring to is olympus indian worker going back and forth trying to fix the backend because he couldnt since he was using claude, and since the claude couldnt fix it, neither could he. all the labor that you are talking about is basically this indian worker trying to fix his mistake because there were no hard labour at all, only his mistakes, in the end im paying $400 for some labour that was created by the worker himself.

You decided on your own to give the developers a chance, request revisions, and keep the process going until the 20th. If you truly believed the developers were incompetent, you could have stopped the project when you first saw the site on March 13 or during the first revision on March 15.

Until March 13, you were actively approving the updates and saying they "looked good." No major complaints had even begun to surface, even nearly three weeks after the project started. If they were as incompetent as you claim, you would have had to terminate the project after the first presentation or revision, not after a twenty-day work period.

You don't get to consume three weeks of a developer's time and then decide it's free because the final outcome has bugs. The core logic flaw does not erase the labor performed. It is already accounted for in the $600 refund penalty. A broken feature reduces the value of the delivery, it does not reduce the cost of the work performed under your direct supervision. The $600 refund is their penalty for those technical failures. The $400 is the cost of the labor you validated and used for twenty days.

Regarding the claim that this decision is influenced by @TheOlympus's role on this forum, If you take the time to review our resolved reports section, you will find cases where sellers with significantly higher status and longer history on this platform have been ruled against, sanctioned, or banned based solely on the evidence presented. Status does not protect anyone from a verdict here. It never has. @TheOlympus was already issued a "Deal with Caution" tag as a direct result of this report, which is a permanent public warning visible to every user on this forum. If this decision were truly biased in his favor, the outcome would have been a full dismissal of your report, not a $600 refund and a public caution tag against the seller.

The verdict was based on the chat logs, the documented timeline, and the approved progress steps. Nothing else. This verdict stands. No further arguments will be entertained.

To be clear, stating that this report will be closed after the 24-hour window is not a threat. It is simply how this process works. Once the deadline passes, the report is closed and no further action can be taken. If you choose not to accept the $600 refund before that window expires, you will lose the opportunity to receive it. That is not a consequence we are imposing on you, it is the natural result of an open report reaching its deadline with no resolution accepted.

Have provided the wallet to user in PM's on telegram, even though I am against the decision and will try to continue to follow up with it outside of the forum. in my eyes the decision is still biased.

You can frame it however you like it, it was to try to make me shut up about my arguments.

Noted. Once the transfer is confirmed and the txid is posted here, this report will be closed as resolved.

You are free to disagree with the verdict. No one is stopping you from voicing your opinion. However, all evidence has already been reviewed and is on record. At this point, no new evidence is being presented, only the same arguments rephrased. Continuing to respond to those serves no purpose when the verdict is final and will not change regardless of how many times the same points are raised.

@TheOlympus, post the txid once the $600 has been sent.

The refund address was provided via dms, and the $600 refund has now been sent.
