Additional Information: Okay this is a weird one, user approached me offering documents, he then proceeded to sell me raped and used documents, offered a refund or replacement, i chose a refund, user then decided to send a replacement as he didnt want to refund me, the replacement was a extremely raped document (i literally had already bought it of another seller) bear in mind this whole time he was taking ages to respond, hes now promised a refund but seems to keep ignoring me, I then saw he deleted his message where he said this was his profile, so i did a little digging and it seems like hes scammed multiple other people, by changing his tel, there is literally a group made by someone on tel, linking all of his tel accounts together (scams, and re-brands) In the tel group (https://t.me/gogabeast) you can see him under the alias that he contacted me under, selling combo lines, i found this because, on one of tochungs posts, he links multiple different aliases (all named in the tel group)
Just an overall really weird situation, but TLDR hes using a bunch of different tel accounts to scam people. Im not really bothered about a refund but id just like to see him gone. If more proof is required tell me and ill add.
