The seller failed to fulfill the deal, demands extra payment or delays the refund

I initially paid first, as agreed. The seller told me that the delivery would take about an hour, but more than 3–4 hours passed with no result. Later, he said that the item an Amazon gift card was no longer available, and that he had already moved the received funds into some of his other resources.

Instead of completing the original deal, the seller offered me a more expensive alternative or a refund. However, when I asked for my money back, he said he couldn’t refund immediately because the funds were “tied up,” and I would have to wait.

This is not my fault. He should have verified the item’s availability before taking the payment. I also lost valuable time due to this delay, and on top of that, I lost potential profit from a deal that fell through while I was waiting. I find this unacceptable.

I demand an immediate full refund of $100.
