Additional Information: I contacted the user via Telegram to purchase a ChatGPT account. He told me I'd have to pay him online to upgrade my account. He told me delivery was instant. I made the payment, sent him the receipt, and he said he'd check it, but he didn't reply again.

It's been more than a day. I paid for an upgrade, and they don't have it, or they haven't even asked for my email address to upgrade.
