Additional Information: I bought a "lifetime spotify upgrade" 3 months ago, asked the downgrate ratio and replied "zero downgrade ratio, no falls whatsoever, its done on your own account". Now I get downgraded every single month and have to keep begging and getting ghosted for around 3 days until he feels like fixing it. Once again I obviously got downgraded again this month, sent him 20 dms and no reply at all, he gets online on Discord but doesn't care to reply.
