Additional Information: Deposited $5 on his website "phantom-sms.com". The Money was never credited. Texted him about it - he asked for my username and i gave it to him but the money was still never credited. now the website is down aswell. Willing to send proof of payment and conversation to a staff since scam reports are public.

I am chattychat, yes, however i deposited on the 31st of may and i havent got the chance to use the $5 because it never got credited. i texted u on June 1 about it and u told me to send my username which i did. time passed on i still havent received the $5 and on the June 2 the website went down. You then told me on the June 3 that the website will go up tomorrow - i checked everyday up today if the website went back up. Only today after i made this post the website is back up. I documented for additional proof that i couldnt access the website the past days with the date matched.

since its been a time now, i already solved my needs for sms verification so i would rather take the refund and for you to remove the $5 back out of the account, thank you very much.
