Additional Information: I have paid $70 for a "lifetime" access/upgrade to Adobe CC products. in the seller's TOS, they state that: "Each upgrade comes with a 6-month guarantee and a lifetime warranty.", my product worked for one month, went down and i asked for a fix, they gave me a fix that worked for like 4 days then went down again. i have contacted the seller and it's been a month with no response from their end. I am sure they are still active because they deleted my negative rep msg on their server.
I asked for a partial refund for the remaining period (as per their TOS), they did not respond.
