Additional Information: 
I want to warn everyone about my experience with PapaBanks and his so-called "stable" banking accounts.

How I Got Scammed
  1. I asked PapaBanks for the most stable banking service he had. He recommended Revolut and said it was the best option.
  2. I paid €500 for an account. After a few days, he delivered it.
  3. When I tried to log in, the email was blocked with 2FA. I had to rent a SIM card just to get access.
  4. Finally, I logged into the Revolut account the day after, and guess what? It was already limited on the first login.
I contacted him, and he offered me another account (called by him a replacement... wtf), which took 4-5 days to arrive.
  1. I started slowly using it. I made just 6-7 small transactions over 2-3 weeks, moving less than €400 in total.
  2. After only a few weeks, the account got limited again, with €100 still stuck inside.
When I contacted him again, he refused to give a refund or a proper replacement. He said he can't give unlimited replacements—but if he wasn’t selling garbage accounts, he wouldn’t need to!
He tried to defend himself, saying some people pass €200K through these accounts. That’s not what I asked for! I asked for a stable account, not one that gets banned in a few weeks. If I had known this, do you think I would have wasted time warming it up? Do I look stupid?

Total Loss: €600 and 4 Weeks of Wasted Time


The worst part? Even MoonPay and Wise—services that cost 1/10 of what he charges—are much more stable.
If I had used those instead, I wouldn’t have lost €600 and weeks of my time.
 
I demand a full refund for the account and my €100 still stuck inside. I also demand that he updates his Telegram channel and tells the truth—that his accounts are not stable and can be banned within weeks.


WARNING TO EVERYONE

If you’re looking for a stable banking account, stay far away from him unless you want to lose your money like I did.

Hello everyone.

This buyer thinks he bought a bank account from my own personal bank that i own.
He paid me 500 euro for a REVOLUT account and i delivered a few days later, he says he has to buy a phone number to even access the account, not true at all, outlook flaggedd his ip and account needed a phone number to login on the OUTLOOK.

The purchase was made on January 5th, then one week later sadly revolut did a banwave and every other seller knows very well when this happens there is nothing that buyer or seller can do, everyone has to accept the loss because all open-ups dont come with lifetime warranty.
I felt bad for him and even thought im not responsible for the banwave i gave him a replace since he had not even used his account.
The new account was delivered on january 15th.

Then, two days ago i get a message from this buyer saying my accounts are trash it died while warming up, he lost money on it and it got locked.
I said there is nothing i can do for it, it could either be a banwave or depends how he used the account.
Account was delivered exactly 47 days ago and he wants me to be responsible because he did not have time to use it somehow, and this has to do with my quality, as for quality i can guarantee i am one of the best because all my accounts are made with FAKE drops, they are not behind a real person who can come in and steal your money, and matter of fact i have buyers who have purchased from me one year ago and still have their accounts working perfectly.


TLDR:
He contacted me 47 days after i delivered an account and he claims a refund or replacement.
I already gave him a replacement on the first account which died in one week so i wont give him another one.
If Admin thinks its my fault i am ready to give a replacement, by my point of view he cant have a replacement after 47 days of delivery.

I request for all -rep and negative vouched to be removed after this scam report is solved.

  1. The IP used to access the email isn’t mine—it’s the one from the proxy you provided me :/
  2. I specifically asked for a stable account, yet you sold me something that didn’t even last a few weeks. In our last chat, you even hinted that you were aware of these frequent ban waves—yeah, great, you tell me that after I buy the account? You think that’s fair? So why did you sell me your most expensive service, claiming it was the most stable? I’ll say it again—Wise is more reliable than this garbage.
  3. The vouches and reps stay up. Everything I wrote is true—you gave me two accounts in the same month, and both got terminated. One died on the first login without ever being used, just 24 hours after delivery. The other lasted a month, during which I only did a few warm-up transactions. I didn’t write anything false, so I see no reason why my post/rep/vouch should be removed.

1. Doesnt matter, all outlook accs if they dont have recovery info and new ip logins it will ask for phone.
2. Revolut is very stable and as i said you are just unlucky it happened to you twice, and they dont even do this frequently, this might happen 2-3 times a year MAX and not all accounts are targeted, maybe only accounts created on a specific month. I have many customers who use revoluts for a long time and i showed you proof that all accounts bought in the last 2 weeks i offered replacement to my customers.
I know what i am doing because i have been doing this for a very long time, you wont get another replacement because YOUR account died 47 DAYS after i delivered, if it would happen one week or two weeks after u purchased we would not even have this going on.
3. No, if im proven to be right all negative rep and vouches must be removed as it sales trashing which is not allowed.

24 Hours / If its locked without you using it you will get a free replace but even if u didnt use and contact me after 47 days i would not give a replacement, its a long way from any warranty period.

  • Sale trashing is when someone spreads false information, which is not the case here. I simply stated what happened to warn your future customers that they might lose their money just like I did. You sold me something unusable while claiming it was "stable."

    @A35 This is ridiculous... I didn’t buy an account at a casino. If they were truly as stable as he claims—and continues to claim despite what happened—he would have provided a replacement in good faith. But here we are…

Yes its sale trashing if this decision is in favour of me, and i have said it many times and ill say it again, i cant offer a replacement after 47 days that u bought the account. Its not normal, if you was a seller i would pay you 1000 euro if u can guarantee me account will work for as long i want.

The seller cannot make changes constantly because he has made changes before.

@PapaBanks State these risks in more detail in your sales. For risky services, make one-time changes.

Problem solved. Seller has been warned.
