Additional Information:
I asked him if he could refund a Samsung S25 Ultra from a refurbished store, he told me to refund directly through Samsung instead. I specifically asked, “won’t they lock the phone?” and he clearly said no, they won’t.
After I purchased the Samsung S25 Ultra, he refunded the money, but the phone came with an OFM lock. He then told me to phone swap, which was never part of the agreement. Now he is threatening me, saying he will make Samsung file a chargeback against me and dox me.
This is not what was promised, and the deal was completely misleading.

@A35 Hello, let me clarify everything as good as i can - also proof of payment picture is never valid, and customer has never paid me

Customer has asked me about the refurbished store, and out of the best intention i have recommended him the official store so he does not risk on getting something refurbished but brand new.

Everybody who is in the refunding business knows that nothing is 100% and totally random stuff can occur which unfortunately did in this case, all the previous refunds i did there did not have the issue and i am sorry that you as a customer had to experience it. They do not always block the phones, as a matter of fact they did not do it for the past 100+ cases at least.

What i said is that we can make it even, in case they do block it which happened, i reached out to customer and just told him to order from any other store, say he got wrong item and return the blocked device, this is a tested procedure which has worked every time for ages.

I simply do not understand what is the scam report for? You have been refunded by store, and you have device which you can switch within 2 days to end up with a perfectly new phone and 0 issues.

I require my payment for the work i have done and expenses i have made, in my opinion this is a completely pointless report since you did not even pay me yet (even though you should have).

About the actions i have to take against you , this is nothing personal and simply follows up our TOS which have been stated as "important to read"...

@A35 this should be indeed resolved, there is a reason why we get positive reputation and reviews and weird selfish customers only complain

A failed refund is a failed refund.
I provided my account and information so he could handle the refund properly. He assured me beforehand that the phone would not be locked – I asked this clearly, and he guaranteed “no they won’t.” That turned out to be false.
Now the phone came with an OFM lock, and his “solution” was to do a phone swap. This was never part of the original agreement. I paid for a proper refund service, not extra hassle or risky workarounds after the fact.
On top of that, I left my country for holidays, so I am not even able to do this suggested swap. That means the refund was not completed as promised, and I am left with a locked phone.
If the service fails, the customer should not be expected to pay. He cannot shift the risk of failure back onto me after already assuring me that this situation would not occur.
Bottom line:
  • He failed the refund.
  • I still have the locked phone.
  • I cannot perform his workaround.
  • Therefore, I should not be paying for a failed service.
Trying to demand payment for a failed refund is unreasonable, and that is why this scam report is valid.
