Additional Information:
I deposited the money to the bot that SonicRefs advertise but it didn't go through and the support doesn't respond at all. I have waited three days for him to resolve the issue without doing a scam report against him because I believed he would fix the issue asap but he just said its not his fault that his bot support doesn't respond so he just closed all groups related to prepaid service and deleted the service from patched.io.

I never said it's not my fault. As soon as I saw support wasn’t replying, I posted a warning in the Prepaids chat telling everyone the service was on hold and not to send anything. I didn’t delete anything related to it. I just stopped promoting it and kept the group open so people could see the announcement and know what was happening.

You did reach out to support and I understand they didn’t respond. That’s exactly why I paused everything. I’ve been upfront the entire time, so calling it a scam while I’ve been transparent isn’t fair at all.

If you actually want this resolved, send over your Charge ID and TXID again and I’ll do what I can to help.
