Additional Information: The guy talks like every indian scammer i've been scamed from until now, he's not following the deal that we've made, he's avoiding to promote my ad on there as much as he can, I've tried to change the situation personally as you saw in the conversation screenshots, he just keeps avoiding it. I don't want to bump my head with him anymore, I'm simply asking for a refund or ban, I've got 4 invites in two days of advertising in his 3k channel where he gets around 500 views per post daily. Here's the current state of his channel: https://imgur.com/a/BGQElj8 as you can see, my ad is not pinned at all again, it's lost somewhere in the messages. What am I supposed to do, message him and beg him again to pin my ad? No thanks.

Refund address will be given directly to him in the dm's.

@A35 Why is this still opened? I don't really care about 60$ and you should already know that, the guy didn't provide what he told he will, didn't post every day at all, blocked me and removed from the group after like 4-5 days, I don't really care about that but I'm rather trying to save others from being scammed. If you don't want to ban him then at least set the "new user, deal with caution" onto his profile. You can close this.
