Short Description Of Product/Service: Sold me a yearly CapCut account but only sent me a monthly and user also waited about 3 days to deliver the product until today. I have not and will not login to the account since this is not the product ordered.

The product is delivered and the subscription is Auto renewal is clearly showing next billing date and the auto renewal turned on ,on the billing section not all the online premium subscription showing 1 year billing period.

Auto-renewal means absolutely nothing on a 1-month subscription. @PatchedBot can someone please resolve, this user literally told me to STFU in the screenshots attached above.

OP paid $50 in BTC for a yearly CapCut Pro account. The billing page of the account that was delivered shows a Pro monthly plan with $9.99 due on 09/14. That is a monthly subscription, not the yearly term that was sold and paid for. CapCut sells a yearly plan as its own separate option, so the claim that these subscriptions do not show a full year does not hold, and auto-renewal being switched on does not turn a monthly plan into a yearly one. OP has not logged into the account and is entitled to his money back. Delivery was also around three days late and the answer to the refund request was to tell OP to shut up.
