Additional Information: He ghosted me and didn't fulfill my replacement/refund request. On his website, he said he provided a 1 year warranty for the adobe creative cloud. It stopped working for me after a week. I also purchased linkedin premium from him for 6 months. He provided me two 3 month upgrade links. I asked if I can cancel the auto renew and he said yes. The first link only worked for a month and when I asked why it stopped, he said "you have to cancel with auto-pay through your bank card, not through linkedin" which is very misleading. Clearly the link only worked for 1 month and falsely sold it to me instead of what I asked for. The second link didn't work at all and he said he would provide me with a replacement. After multiple follow ups he ghosted me.
