I do not accept a fresh replacement. I want a full refund. I’m tired of dealing with this.

I have no issue re-upgrading the same account again if that is what the buyer prefers

The buyer is scamming. I am damn sure he intentionally left the team to trigger a downgrade and create this situation to push for a refund.
The service did work. It was not constantly failing. It happened once during the mass ban, and now this is the second time. That is not “repeatedly.” Anyway, since admin has decided refund is required if he doesn’t accept replacement, I will cooperate. However, I will issue a partial refund, not full, because the service was working and he used the validity period. It is not fair for me to take a complete loss when the upgrade was active and usable for a period of time. I will deduct the amount based on the time the service was active and refund the remaining balance. NEED ACCOUNT UPGRADES? ![]()
"The buyer is scamming. I am damn sure he intentionally left the team to trigger a downgrade and create this situation to push for a refund."
Why would I waste my time doing this. He is claiming I did this with no evidence whatsoever. His service doesn't work and shouldn't even offer it to begin with. I gave him chances before to provide a proper replacement and he was not able to do that without it breaking after a couple days. "However, I will issue a partial refund, not full, because the service was working and he used the validity period. It is not fair for me to take a complete loss when the upgrade was active and usable for a period of time. I will deduct the amount based on the time the service was active and refund the remaining balance." No, I don't want a partial refund. I WANT A FULL REFUND. This is exactly how it goes: - The service works for a couple days, then it stops - I contact you to fix it, you don't reply - I contact you multiple times afterwards to fix it, you eventually "fix it" - It breaks again, then I tell you it stops working, you don't reply - I try to contact you multiple times but you either stall or ghost - I place a report on patched and NOW YOU DECIDE TO REPLY It is not fair for me to recieve a partial refund based on what YOU determine was when the service was active. I could not use this properly because it didn't work consistently. It will work, then break, I have to wait a long time for you to fix it, then it would break again. It was practically unusable.
Here is what actually happened:
• You received the upgrade successfully. • The apps were working. • You used the service. • Then you intentionally left the team, which caused the downgrade. • After that, you demanded a refund. When an account leaves the team, it automatically gets downgraded. That is not something I manually trigger. If the team access is removed or left, the upgrade stops. From my side, the upgrade was applied and fully functional. It was not “instantly broken.” It worked, and it was used. The downgrade happened because you intentionally left the team. That is the actual sequence of events. NEED ACCOUNT UPGRADES? ![]()
Unproven allegations will not change the outcome. The seller’s claim that the buyer “intentionally left the team” has no verifiable proof posted, so it is disregarded.
The seller also cannot deny refunds here while advertising in the sales thread: “Instant refund/replacement if any problem occurs.” Since the buyer rejects a fresh-account replacement (not the original deal), the remedy is a refund. Final Decision remains unchanged: Seller must issue a FULL REFUND of $66.12. Deadline remains unchanged: The previously given 24-hour deadline stands. If the refund is not completed by the time that deadline expires, necessary action will be taken. For future cases, the seller should revise their sales thread and/or Terms of Service to state refund/replacement conditions clearly and unambiguously, leaving no room for confusion.
Alright.
I can clearly see nothing I say is being considered from my side, even after I explained that I already spent around $50 trying to maintain this order. It’s honestly disappointing. Situations like this encourage leeching on forums. A newly made account purchases a service, uses it, and then pushes for a refund after issues that were already addressed. Anyone can see how easily this system can be abused. I tried to fix it. I reinvested my own money after the mass ban. I offered replacement. I offered re-upgrade. None of that is being acknowledged. But since the final decision is already made and I don’t want further action on my account, I will comply. Buyer, send your LTC address. I will issue the full refund immediately and post proof in this thread. NEED ACCOUNT UPGRADES? ![]()

I refunded him the full $65 that he originally paid. He did not pay $66.12 — at the time of purchase it was clearly $65.
Now after receiving the refund, he is saying he only got $64.52 and claiming the “full amount” is $66.12. That makes no sense. I refunded exactly what I received. Any small difference is because of network fees or price fluctuation, which I do not control. At this point, I strongly believe he is intentionally trying to leech and squeeze extra money after already getting a full refund. This is clearly the seller getting scammed. I complied with the refund decision, but this behavior is not fair. also he used account for more than 2 months, now arguing for .50$ for no reason @beastmode idk why u are not getting it but he clearly scamming. https://ibb.co/67ps6q3T https://ibb.co/mYf5T0F https://ibb.co/FkGt2knR NEED ACCOUNT UPGRADES? ![]()
