Additional Information: I bought this service from him a few days ago (July 18). He said it would take 1-3 hours to ban an Instagram account for $40, which he guaranteed. He has failed to deliver on this. I have messaged him countless times. He's now failing to answer me, but he has time to bump his threads.

I want a full refund.

@Xylander read the message I sent him yesterday on this forum. He read it 4 hours after I sent him it. I linked him this thread, so he is aware.

Now I am waiting for the refund. Let's stop wasting time and refund.

I am going to give him one last chance to come clean. I will give him 24 hours before you ban him @A35

Update. Progress is being made.

He replied to my message today. I sent him messages prior to this asking him to refund.

As I've said to @Xylander I am not interested in him processing the ban. He failed to deliver on his "Estimated 1 to 3 hours Price: $40" -- this was on July 18. It's been 5 days...

I have reminded him again of the paypal account that I used to pay him with. He knows what to do.

Will do mate, I appreciate your help. Right now I'm being patient because well, $40 is $40.

As you can see @Xylander has 3 years of service on here, so he's obviously got a decent thing going on here. And no one has opened up a report on him until now.

@Xylander needs to understand that he didn't deliver on time (he hasn't delivered at all lol). I am being generous at the moment, so hopefully it finally gets through to him. He has been messaged once again on telegram and this forum.
