Thread of sales: he has loads of verified revolut accounts

Additional Information: (Anything you might find useful):
I made contact on october 23, for a revolut business & merchant facility. I made the purchase yesterday on 03/11/2025, after he found a account from ANOTHER seller. he has delivered the wrong product - it has no merchant functionality, you can see in our conversation i clearly state THAT I NEED REVOLUT BUSINESS MERCHANT, not just a normal business account (it is the 1st screenshot). So I need the seller to provide me with merchant or a refund, but i dont want to wait for a long time, i am happy to wait a reasonable timescale (72 hours standard verification times for revolut is 72 hours).

Screenshots of conversation:

(clearly stated i need a revolut MERCHANT account)

https://imgur.com/a/JAspfoL
(date november 3 i pay for the merchant account)

https://imgur.com/a/k9qIZ8U
(as you can see this is email of the account on november 4 the merchant wasnt even complete its still in review this is after i buy i get this email saying merchant in progress its not done, then i get another email saying merchant is not possible on this account due to regulations so i show him this too - he say he will go back to his seller (sigh middleman trades i should learn to avoid) and get me a update which he did not)

https://imgur.com/a/4gAHxhJ (email to confirm merchant is not possible on this account)

https://imgur.com/a/eeUwYrs (I ask him for update, the guy he buy off not respond to him yet, i tell him to check the acct himself and rectify or provide me a ETA, he has not provided me a eta and i dont have trust in this deal as he is not even the person making these accts he is a middleman so i have made this report so i can either get a replacement or a refund.

Amount scammed: 1200
Proof of payment (IMPORTANT, PLEASE POST): its in screenshot and i have txid in my wallet

basically:
i buy a rev merchant account
he provide me a rev biz account
this acct cannot be merch, revolut even email to confirm merch is not available in this account, but the acct is fine to use for business etc.
can he replace or refund within a good time frame (48-72hours?) thanks.

I have delivered the account as a rev merch. When it was delivered, I asked the delivery person to check if everything was in order, and he confirmed that everything was good, adding that the account had been verified before delivery. It's a merchant account, and today, bro came saying it's only a bizz account, not a merch, i am not blaming anyone right now for this, but I have the proof the merchant link was genrated and the 1$ ammount was deposited into the account if the merch was not active how the deposit got succcesfull, i asked the guy to give me time to figure out the exact reason and if the fault is from my side i will refund or repalce it but bro want this issue to be fixed till day end which i cant give the exact time but i told him i am trying to fix this asp because i am not the primary owner i cant take direct actions to fix this incase if the guy reapply it for it can take time and its not in my hands, bro informed me 9 hours ago today and a day aftera delivery for this and saying its been a day, Bro said he dont wanna hanged for two weeks but on other hand i never said him that it can be fixed any time soon i will refun or repalce the guy not running with the money, any converation or any prrof can be provided to the admin via inbox i am not gonna breach anyones privacy , and also at the end. I want to inform you that the individual provided me with a thread that he will open this report, allowing me to expedite the process in the meantime. And I have been fully transparent with the guy, it's very disappointing to see his reaction.

Both sides have provided their statements and supporting evidence.

The buyer has agreed to allow a 72-hour period for the seller @ZahidJamal to resolve the issue.
Within this timeframe, the seller must either:

Deliver a fully functional Revolut Business Merchant account that meets the original agreement, or

Issue a full refund to the buyer.

Failure to do so within the given time window will result in the report being decided in the buyer’s favor and appropriate actions will be taken.

Please update this thread with proof of resolution once the issue is settled.

We are currently fixing the issue. The timeline will be removed, and this report will remain open until the problem is fully resolved, with mutual agreement from both parties.

I want to clarify the whole situation clearly and transparently for the admins.

From the very beginning, I kept the buyer informed of everything. When I realized the Revolut merchant function was inactive because my supplier had stopped responding, I immediately explained the issue to the buyer openly and honestly.

I told him clearly that I had lost the full amount to my supplier, but to show good faith, I would refund him 60% ($700) from my own pocket right away. I also told him that once I manage to sell this same Revolut account, I would pay the remaining $500.

The buyer agreed to this plan in full and even offered an alternative option that I could provide a Stripe Merchant account as an alternative. I told him I would do that as well.

I even allowed the buyer to keep access to the Revolut Business account and told him to keep the report open until everything was resolved. I updated the report the same day and also informed the admin about our mutual agreement and the progress.

After that, the buyer did not message me or post any issues for three days. If he had any problem or disagreement, he could have reached out immediately. Instead, he has now come back saying the 72-hour timeline still applies, but that is not correct, because we had mutually agreed on a flexible resolution (either refund after sale or Stripe merchant replacement) with no fixed ETA.

I have already applied for a Stripe merchant account and am waiting for approval, but the buyer now says, "It's not my problem," even though I'm actively trying to resolve it.

I have never refused payment, never disappeared, and have always acted in good faith to resolve this matter. I've already refunded $700, provided updates, and offered replacements. I only ask that the buyer also stand by what we mutually agreed in our chat.

I remain fully committed to either sending the remaining $500 or providing the agreed-upon Stripe merchant account. I kindly request that the report be handled fairly, based on our actual mutual agreement, not on a new timeline added later.

@Ceolizzy After my final decision was posted, you continued speaking with the seller on telegram and accepted new terms.
You received 60%, and you agreed the remaining balance would be paid after the account is sold.
You also accepted the second option for the remaining 40% (providing Stripe + cashout bank).

Once both parties agree to new terms, the original 72-hour timeline no longer applies.
You cannot accept alternative conditions privately and later claim the original deadline is still in effect.

If you did not want these alternative arrangements, you could have refused them and requested a full refund or replacement.
But the screenshots clearly show you accepted the seller’s offers.

This does not mean the seller can delay indefinitely.
Both of you must set a updated timeframe, or the seller must resolve the remaining part as soon as possible and keep you updated.

The Stripe merchant account has been applied for and is currently pending approval. Regarding the Revolut account, it is actively being sold —three people are working on it, targeting both offline and online marketplaces.

We are doing everything possible to ensure that either one of the two resolutions (Stripe merchant or sale of the Revolut account) is completed, and the issue is resolved soon.

Thank you very much for your understanding and patience.

@Ceolizzy Your latest accusation is completely out of line.

Let me make something absolutely clear:

You accepted the seller’s offer.
Not partially, not “under pressure,” not “just taking 60% and expecting magic later.”
You accepted it voluntarily, and your own messages prove it beyond any doubt:

“I am happy to take 60%.”

“Ok np, don’t worry about it.”

“Good luck mate.”

If you think these messages are false, you can openly share your conversations if @ZahidJamal agrees.

You agreed to new terms after my final decision was posted: you accepted 60% now and agreed the remaining balance would be paid once the account is sold — later you also accepted the alternative 40% solution (Stripe + cashout bank). Those private agreements override the original 72-hour timeline.

I already explained in private the seller told me he cannot realistically fix this within an arbitrary short window. Setting an unrealistic deadline now would only cause the seller to fail and be banned — and you could lose the money.

The seller said he would send you 60% of the money and pay the remaining 40% when the account was sold. No timeframe was given,
but the seller said he would resolve the issue as soon as possible, and you accepted this.
Now you're making up a story in your head as if these conversations never happened.

These are not the words of someone who disagrees.
These are the words of someone who accepted the arrangement and now wants to rewrite history because it no longer suits them.

So don’t pretend you were forced.
Don’t pretend you didn’t agree.

Now regarding your accusation that “admins are bribed”:

This is a baseless, desperate, and pathetic lie.
The only reason a new timeline was not set immediately is because you changed the terms yourself after the official decision.
You accepted a new agreement in private, which automatically voided the original 72-hour window.

That isn’t bribery.
That is simple logic, something you seem to ignore.

Still to avoid this dragging forever, I will set a final 3-day deadline from now. @ZahidJamal

Also, don't think I'll ignore threats like “Good luck with the forum, hopefully it stays up👍” and “And hopefully all those wallet addresses I paid before are non-KYC” on Telegram.
You'll get the punishment you deserve when the report is resolved.
