I paid him 40$ to do turnkey work and when we started to order he never warned me about the checkout have to be QUICK, he never told me or warned me, so he just i wasted his time ‘40$ for wasted time’ how would i know that ‘12 min to checkout’ is a warning itself? A warning is ‘we have to be quick when we’re at the checkout or it will cause problems etc etc’. Now he doesn’t want to refund me we did absolutely nothing, he just added the items in checkout that’s it.
This is not fair.

The customer took turnkey service and made a $40 prepayment.The customer was notified when the work on order placement was started and confirmed that he is ready.In 12 minutes before checkout customer was warned that checkout ll be in 12 minutes,he confirmed that he is ready.
After going to checkout a screenshot was sent to the customer for verification.The customer said that he can't do the confirmation in the bank application at the moment because only his friend has access to the bank.The delay in checkout leads to failure of the order placement.The customer was warned that the delay will lead to failure.The customer asked to wait and then asked to cancel everything.Through the fault of the customer the account was spent, as well as other expenses and time.The customer was notified that for future attempts from new accounts he had to make a second prepayment.The customer requested a refund of the prepayment and threatened to spam my thread.

Why did you respond by ‘fuck off’ ‘fuck yourself’ and ‘you’ll see what happens’ do you say that to every customer of yours? Tbh that’s not how you treat a customer.

'you'll see what happens' - I meant that the attempt will fail with a huge probability, the method doesn't allow you to spend a lot of time in checkout and also cancel it

You never warned me, you warned me AFTER trying to order.
You see in the picture I told you to warn me next time, please provide me proof that you warned me before trying to order.
You can’t just warn me after ordering that makes no sense, you have to tell me about it at the start.
What about the ‘fuck off’ and ‘go fuck yourself’ what was that about?

Please A35, as a new person to this community and refund community he have to guide me trough the order I bought, he have to tell me everything I need to know before using his service. How would I know by delaying it a little bit on the checkout would be a failed order? I never heard of that before, it’s his fault for not mentioning it once before ordering and as you see in the picture i provided https://imgur.com/a/I9jo8l0, he tells me about after the checkout and ordering. How would I know??
