Proof of payment: can send to staff along with the convo if needed
Bought coursera account, they subscribed from some institution, was kicked out from it on day 2, asked them to solve the problem. The problem wasn't solved and no response after that. I also gave alternate if they could upgrade something else if this doesn't work but still hasn't responded.
