Additional Information: another jew of seller. Firstly, it took 3 days to even get an account, after waiting days. Seller clearly said 4 hours warranty, which I respected so I tried the 2nd account I got (first didn't work) and it worked for not even an hour before (right after i spent not even 1/5 of the balance) and I was still in his "4 hour warranty". When I wanted a replacement/refund, he said it's only a first login warranty, which seems like a shady practice to me, his tos wasn't given before the purchase, nor it is visible anywhere on his thread, website.

I want to clarify this situation
 
The warranty provided is a login warranty, which is standard practice and used by most sellers. This warranty only applies if the account is not working at first login and credits/balance have not been used. The buyer already received a replacement after the first account issue.
 
The second account was working, and the buyer successfully logged in and used some of the credits/balance. Once credits are used, I cannot offer a replacement or refund because there is no way to verify what was changed or done on the account afterward.
 
The product was delivered and functional, so this is not a scam. The issue happened after usage, which is outside the warranty conditions.

I could also just easily sell something and make up my warranty conditions after purchase so it works in my favor. This shouldn't be allowed.

I understand your point about the terms needing to be clearer before purchase, and I will make sure they are more visible moving forward.
 
However, this does not mean I made up rules after the sale. The reason I cannot refund or replace after usage is because credits were already used on the second account. At that point, it is no longer a first-login issue.
 
I did deliver a working replacement, and the account was accessed and used. That is why I do not agree that this should be considered a scam.

During the transaction, the seller explicitly stated "cuz the warranty is 4 hours" (May 28, 15:16). The delivered account failed within approximately 75 minutes, which falls inside that window. The seller's later claim of a "login-only warranty" contradicts his own words and cannot override what was communicated to the buyer at the time of sale.

No Terms of Service were shared before purchase. Warranty conditions that appear only after a dispute are not valid. The seller himself acknowledged this in his forum response.

The buyer stated he used less than 1/5 of the account balance before it stopped working. Based on this, roughly 80% of the purchased value went unused.

- Official warning issued to @FANZIO
- @FANZIO is required to refund $7.99 USD to @Timi999 within 24 hours. Proof of payment must be posted in this thread.
- No new sales permitted until ToS is clearly posted on the sales thread prior to purchase.
- Any further similar complaint will result in a permanent account suspension.

This report will be closed upon confirmation of refund.
