you should encrypt first using a symmetrical encryption method and then share the key over a safe platform e.g. simplex chat. Ideally use a dedicated vm to use simple-x chat --> restrict traffic so the vm can only connect via a whonix gateway. This can be easily installed in e.g. QubesOS.
