Additional Information: (I hope verdict will change here) ok its my time of the month but lets put our serious hats on i did 2 different rfs with them i really wanted my money back cuz duh refund so i thought ok ill do it with a refunder this time. first thing to note this is pretty broad but just all the 99% sr per store listed its just like what are we doing if u have every single store on 99% and have it listed next to every store but okay i mean i get u gotta advertise and everyone does it but if i do two seperate refunds with u and both fail and have previous fails then what are we doing. bazalright lets hop in i bought 3 items through bol.com on an account that met all standards i checked everything it was all okay second refund was one item 777 euros thomann. they have very extensive detaills on exactly what to do what to note down (presumably because other people have had a bad experience with them and they needed to be precise) well not precise enough ig because after following all of the things they noted down i sent over the form and request for refund with all detaills and requirements. they also make u list what payment method u used for order remember me this. yadadada i sent both requests and waited for responses (good to note that before both orders i made sure and checked if the order was okay and doable etc it was all green light go so i ordered and filled out forms) couple weeks later waiting for the refund sending updates it looks like theyre doing some kind of ftid or lit i thought ok similiar to what i would have done. i check the tracking number they provided and waited and waited until i get two emails one from bol one from thomann they both say almost exactly the same. Hi we received a box full of magazines and other papers, this is not the item that we requested to be sent back for your refund. i ofcourse confuzzled as hell send back messages like wtf is this kind of refund method for both ofc classic kappalapa xd x9 refunders throw the "whoopsie well lets go for a cb" method at ur face. seeing how they had a whole layout for that it was obvious that it happened way too often and that they were prepared for it at all. well i went to go request the cb for the bol.com order like the little goy i am and turns out with the payment method which i used and listed and asked if its okay to use for the order you cant do a cb for. well so they failed my order and didnt accoutn for the fact that i cant even do a cb. i say what kind of refund method is this and how unprepared can you be for someone with all these forms etc. they say its an account issue yeah sure sorry if my account was better they wouldve loved the box of magazines and happily processed the refund soon after they realized how retarded their answer was so switched too the kappa lappa jappa copy paste slop "no refunds can be 100% certain you should have gone with an insider if you want 100% sr" well for 2 orders which i both got an email saying well erm we received magazines in a box that 99% looks not so very legit. for the thomann i was able to apply for a cb so well see how that plays out but yeah very interesting. lmk what u think mods or should i say chatgpt summarize dd pls
